The work was spread over two days. On both days the technician was on time and completed work in the time estimated. The technician was also extremely considerate and thorough: he took his shoes off when entering the house, he laid down drop clothes to ensure no damage to the floors, and he completely cleaned up after himself. The work quality was excellent. While I couldn't tell you all the details that went into the job I can tell you the rooms look a lot better than they did. In fact, they look better than the initial installation.

I left a return phone number Thursday AM on their local answering machine-- need grout repair locally on Wilmington. It's now Tuesday PM--- no return phone call.

We have use the Grout Guys twice now for three of our bathrooms and they have been professional and have performed excellent work. We are very happy with the results. The first time we used them was over a year ago for our master bathroom and the work has held up extremely well - we are surprised at how white our grout still is almost a year later. We will be using them again for all of our grout and tile needs.

Grout Guys made the process easy. Teri was very responsive via email and Dan was prompt with providing his estimate. The installers, Victor and Vasile arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and completed the job same day. I was pleased with the whole experience and would certainly recommend Grout Guys.

Prompt and courteous customer service throughout the process. I felt their price was reasonable and am very happy with the results. It was about three weeks from first phone call until the service was completed, but worth the wait.

Great! Shower looks brand new. The color sealed grout was easy to match for the rest of the bathroom. Very professional job. Dan Brennan came out to give me an estimate and explain the process. Teri Brennan answered a few questions over the phone and provided a clearly explained quote through email. Michael, the technician who performed the work, was very pleasant and kept the area clean during and after the work. Highly recommend!

Excellent. From the time of first contact I was provided excellent coordinated services. A free estimate was scheduled immediately, quote was given, scheduling was very accommodating and service was great. My technician was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend this company. The floors look better than they did new.

Really well. Dan and Terri patiently answered my multiple questions, and Eric arrived on time to do the work. When the caulk started pilling a couple of days later, they immediately sent him back out to check on things. He explained that sometimes caulk goes bad and re-caulked the problem areas. Things happen, and I was please by their responsiveness. Would definitely hire again.

This company did a magnificent job. My shower looked like new. All of the mildew and mold was gone and the grout and caulk was perfect. The two gentlemen who did the work arrived on time, were very professional and pleasant. The job was finished much quicker than I expected and they left my bathroom clean.

I could not recommend Grout Guys more. We originally hired a "handyman" to do the work and his work fell apart in a few weeks. It was obvious why it fell apart when Dan from Grout Guys came to give us a quote. He explained what they did wrong and all of it made total sense. Grout Guys came in and did the work and all of the areas look brand new, like when we moved in (new construction) almost 10 years ago. My wife and I were also very happy with the three year warranty that was offered. Overall, terrific experience and it was really nice to deal with a well run, local, "mom & pop" company. We couldn't be happier.

Excellent, technician was on time, reviewed with me the work order, half way through the job he showed me what he had done, he stayed with the job until it was complete (6 hours of work), never taking a break. The job quality and attention to detail was excellent. Great company, very professional and skilled technician.

Grout Guys did a great job in re-grouting and re-caulking two of our bathrooms. They were on time, organized, pleasant, and most of all quite competent. I would not hesitate to call on their services again. Highest recommendation.

Superb! Professional! Punctual!

I was referred to the Grout Guys by the company that installed my granite. When I first contacted Teri, she was very pleasant. She explained that we lived outside their typical service area, but because of the referral, they would be happy to send someone out. We scheduled an appointment for between 9 and 10AM, and I thought we were all set. On the morning of the appointment, I receive an e-mail around 7:00 AM saying that they couldn't find my address in their GPS and were canceling the appointment. I e-mailed back within 30 minutes explaining that I could easily give them directions, but was told that even though it was not even 8:00 AM, there was no way they could send someone out. There was no sincere apology and no attempt, or even mention of rescheduling. They simply did not want to travel outside of their normal service area, but wanted to maintain a positive relationship with the company that referred them. Teri could have been more upfront and politely declined the job instead of sheepishly firing off an e-mail in the early hours saying they couldn't find my address. While none of our correspondence was impolite, her (their) actions were unprofessional. I suppose if you live in Raleigh, you may have a better experience, but I wasted an entire morning for an appointment that was never going to happen.

Grout Guy's provided a reasonable estimate for the work. Tech arrived when they said he would. Professional and quick working. Cleanup was great; he took care NOT to make a mess. Shower now looks great; no mildew, grout replaced on shower floor and the rest of the grout resealed after cleaning.

The Grout Guys did an excellent job. Terri was wonderful. She kept in contact with me via phone and email and was very helpful with getting all of my questions answered and keeping my job on track. Dan was professional, knowledgeable about the job and products, on time for our scheduled appointment and prompt in providing the quote/contract for the work to be done. Michael did the tile work. He was punctual, very respectful in my house, and did an excellent job. The 30 year old tile in my bathroom looks new. I would highly recommend them and I have the Grout Guys returning to complete another tile job soon.

It didn't go at all. I emailed them from their web page, and Teri Brennan replied. We set up a time for someone to come out and give me an estimate. She called back the next day and said she was sorry, the guy wasn't working that day and it hadn't been put on her calendar. She offered me a time the next day, which didn't work for me. I gave her a couple of other times that would be all right for me, but her response to me was, "I guess our schedules just won't match. Best to you." No offer to see if there might be another day/time that we could work out together. I was going to call and ask if I could speak to the owner, but it turns out she is the owner. I guess they have so much business they don't need mine.

Communication was super easy, both over the phone and e-mail. For both the estimate and the actual service, Dan was punctual, tidy, and efficient. He was also very respectful of our belongings. The shower now looks pristine, a major improvement! Would definitely use again.

He gave us tips on how to maintain the flooring and offered to come back out if we had any problems. My kitchen and bathroom look beyond amazing!
