Green Clean Solutions did a great job from beginning to end. They were very clear in the original phone conversation about services, price and schedule. They followed up with a nicely written email that gave clear instructions on how to prepare for the cleaning to ensure the best results. Mark arrived exactly on time in a clean, branded van. His equipment appeared to be up-to-date and well maintained. During our walk through he set clear expectations about the results that were possible for each area of carpet, rug and tile. He was very detail-oriented and did a thorough cleaning job. He spent about five hours performing the work and walked me through the entire job at the end of the process. It looked great when he finished and looks even better a day later now that it's fully dry. This is a quality organization that delivers what they promise with no shenanigans. Easy to schedule an appointment. Mark called on his way to the appointment to let me know exactly when he would arrive. He did an excellent job cleaning both the carpet and the grout. Very professional and knows exactly what he is doing.

They have excellent customer service. They did a great job cleaning, very informative and they have excellent prices.

He was professional and on time, he had a actual service vehicle with service logos on it so wasnt a junk and the trunk type of service provider. He walked thourgh his services of what he could and possibly could not do. Advised us how some stains may be in the padding and went over it extra times. He also said he would come back out if the stains reappreared. He also used green product, which was good since we have a dog in the house. His prices were more than reasonable for the type of services he provided.
