Description of Work: contacted Great Priced Furniture on 3/11/2009. Linda, a sales associate, assured me the pieces I planned to order were on hand and ready for shipment (time was of the essence in the pieces I needed). On 3/12/09, Brian, a sales associate, assured by phone the pieces were on hand and ready for shipment. On 3/23/09, I spoke to Lauren, in the customer service department. Lauren assured me the pieces I had ordered and paid for on 3/12/09 were to ship on 3/25/09 and I would received on 3/26/09. On 3/30/09, Lauren, per phone call, informed me that the pieces I had ordered and had paid for on 3/12/09, were on BACK ORDER, that they were not on hand and they were not available to ship. Lauren "guessed" the pieces would be available around the end of April, 2009. I firmly believe the company's representatives lied to me to complete the sale. They were deceitful, dishonest and provided me with false information upon which I based my decision to purchase from Great Priced Furniture. As stated, time is of the essence with my purchase and this company has WASTED FOUR WEEKS OF MY TIME! They have also held my money "hostage" for 4 weeks, while they have delivered nothing and have not been harmed in any way.

 + -1 moreBED LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE ON THE WEBSITE. VERY POOR QUALITY, IN ADDITION, IT WAS RECEIVED DAMAGED. THE BOX IT WAS SHIPPED IN WAS BADLY DENTED. AFTER MANY CALLS AND EMAILS, DID NOT RECEIVE CREDIT FOR THE $62.19 IN SHIPPING CHARGES WHICH THEY WILL SURELY BILL FEDEX GROUND.
Description of Work: ORDERED A BED THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE. RECEIVED THE BED VIA FED EX GROUND DAMAGED. RETURNED THE BED AND WAS NOT CREDITED THE FREIGHT CHARGE OF $62.19 WHICH WILL SURELY BE OBTAINED THROUGH A CLAIM WITH FED EX.
