This was the second year I selected Great Panes to do my window cleaning once the pollen has cleared. Shane is a qualified professional who is well spoken and very efficient. We had an appointment about 10 days in advance. On the morning of the appointment, Shane called to alert me he would be able to arrive about 20 minutes early which was fine with me. The work was completed satisfactorily and at a reasonable price. I would recommend Great Panes to others.

I got Shane's name from Angie's list and gave him a call. He told me on the phone his price and that it would take about 4 hours. We set a date and time and he showed up right on time. When he came to door he told me exactly what he was going to do and what order. He went right to work and did excellent job. I noticed he was very thoughtful in taking his shoes off when working inside. The time frame was just as he said 4 hours. My windows never looked so good.

Shane's company was recommended by our realtor and we were not disappointed. Shane and John did a thorough job on all the windows in our new home including removing some paint overspray leftover from our painters. Definitely would recommend them!

Was referred to this one man company on the advice of a friend. Shane did an excellent job, was on time, cleaned up after himself and was the lowest estimate I received. For an extra $10 I had him clean the light in the 2 story entry area and it looks brand new again. I would definitely call Shane again if I had window cleaning needs.
