+ -1 moreI contacted Mark through his website, and we exchanged a couple of emails. I called to set up a time to drop off the lamp and left a voicemail. He returned my call, and we scheduled for drop-off on Oct. 5 @ 9:00. I arrived early, but so did he. He was able to get the lamp back to me at 2:00 that same day. It was a completely pleasant, satisfying business transaction.
Description of Work: Mark repaired an heirloom Tiffany-style lamp that was separating at a seam.
