Richard Holt promptly returned my call, conducted a site visit shortly after, and provided plans for removing a load-bearing wall and installing a steel beam. The report restated everything we had discussed in the meeting and recommendations on what needed to happen next. He also made himself available to the contractor to answer questions and address future concerns.

 + -1 moreThe inspection report for the home I was purchasing noted there were cracks / settlement in the front stoop and recommended further evaluation by a structural engineer. Criterium Giles was very flexible with scheduling and was able get someone to come out later in the week since my due diligence period was ending. The engineer arrived on time and answered all of my question; the final written report was also delivered when promised.
Description of Work: Provided structural engineering analysis prior to home purchase.

We were provided with complete documentation for our construction crew to provide the appropriate repair, which involved sister joints in the crawlspace area.
Description of Work: Provided structural engineering analysis for repair to the ground floor structure underneath a guest bathroom as a result of a long-term water leak.
