Richard responds immediately to any questions and concerns that one might have. If something needs to be fixed, he sees to it that it happens. The installer was very professional and amiable. I am pretty happy with the new floors - it's a whole different look and certainly won't retain anywhere near the dust etc. that a carpet retains!

We used GID Flooring to install new tile backsplash in our kitchen. We are new home owners with lots of questions and Richard spent the time making sure all of our questions were answered. He was also very quick to respond to them! On top of that they went out of their way to make sure we were happy with how the backsplash turned out. The process was quick, easy and good quality. As part of our kitchen re-model, we hired GID to install Shaw LVP (Floorte Classic Series color- Legend Pine) in our kitchen, living room, and sun room. We had some issues with our sub-floor and Daniil called right away and then immediately came over to discuss ways to fix the problem. It was a reasonable price to fix the issue and the guys were very efficient with the LVP installation. It was a 2 day job and they swept floors and cleaned up after each day. The floor looks amazing and complements the gray colors in our new kitchen. We then decided to hire GID to re-finish the existing hardwood floors to better match the LVP. We stayed out of the house during this process due to the smell and no access to upstairs. We returned and it was evident they took care to keep our furniture and house clean and there was no dust. The colors in the floors are stunning and look so much better than the original oak color. We would recommend GID flooring for new floor installation and re-finishing existing hardwoods. We had an outstanding experience with GID! We needed to replace our hardwood floors on our 13 year old house, in addition to a much needed kitchen renovation to accommodate our family and entertaining needs. GID took care of it all! We never dreamed our house would be so beautiful and we are absolutely in love with our new downstairs. They are true experts in flooring and kitchen remodeling. From our initial meeting to finish, they were wonderful to work with. Daniil and his crew were always professional and respectful, stayed in close communication throughout every single step of our home project, showed up on time and did exactly what they promised. They made it easy for us and got it done ahead of schedule! They replaced all of the downstairs flooring (initially a combination of prefab hardwoods, carpet and tile) with high quality Brazilian cherry floors throughout and wooden HVAC vent registers. In addition, they removed the carpet on our stairs and refinished them with hardwood and custom made a beautiful new oak handrail and metal pickets. Our entire downstairs looks like a brand new home! Unbelievable!! We highly recommend them for your hardwood flooring or kitchen remodeling needs!

We hired GID Flooring for our hardwood floors refinish. it was super easy to work with Richard, he is was very fast on responding, knowledgably. They installer team is top notch ! Overall the whole company were above and beyond on the service and we are definitely gonna use them later this year for our upstairs!
