They moved the piano for me to several spots in the room to make sure it was placed in the very best setting. I have never had a moving company care so much about making sure I was completely satisfied.

I called on Monday and the piano was moved on Tuesday! I was unable to be present for the move but received good reports from both our friends who gave us the piano and my wife. To quote my friend, "these guys know what they are doing." The were considerate and attentive and also treated our woods floors with respect. I hope to not need their services again any time soon, but if I ever need that piano moved again, I will be calling Gerald!!

Everything went without a hitch despite being somewhat complicated in terms of logistics. I can't say enough how worth it it was to hire someone who both tunes and moves pianos, since it could have been very costly to have moved it first and found out that the insides were damaged later.

They called before arriving to let me know they were running a few minutes late. When arriving, they wasted no time in getting the piano on the truck. We were concerned about our wood floors, but Gerald's was fully prepared for the floors and there was no issue at all. Nice folks and great job. Definitely recommend.

Gerald is a very nice business owner who has been doing this for over 40 years. He spent over an hour and half tuning the piano, and the difference was incredible. Small operation, but super professional. Could not be happier with the service and the price. The team was actually early, and called to clear it with me. I tipped the people who delivered, and also did not ask for my Angie's List Discount, the price was so good. I even tipped the owner.

I called Mr. Gerald after 6PM on Thursday to get a quote for moving a piano from my sister's house in Wake Forest to my home in Fuquay Varina. I was completely satisfied with the quote and asked when he could do the move. He asked when I was hoping to get the piano and I shared I wanted to do it on Saturday but understood he didn't work on Saturdays. I then asked if he could move the piano the next day, Friday. To my surprise he said yes. So we arranged for his men to move the piano on Friday afternoon after 4:00PM. They arrived promptly after calling my sister to verify address and that she was home. They called me when they left Wake Forest and arrived as quickly as possible on a Friday afternoon during rush hour traffic. They were professional, prompt, courteous and I was charged the amount I was quoted. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

I called looking for service to move my piano from one room to another and then to tune it. I guess he didn't want the business.

They seemed to know what they were doing. I would use them if I had a need. They did a good job. They showed up when they said they would. It all worked according to plan.

Mr. Gerald showed up and carefully moved our piano and some other heavy furniture out to the garage. When we called him back, we asked if he would move a few more pieces that we had gotten out to the garage and couldn't seem to get back in. He agreed and he and his helper moved everything back in carefully. We had brand new hardwood floors and they did a terrific job. I think he charged a very fair price.

They were prompt, professional and did an excellent job in handling pieces that were very valuable to me. The price was very reasonable. They have the appropriate equipment to handle difficult moves. My piano and antique dressers were on the 2nd floor of my home and they handled them with no issues at all. They had to turn the piano on it's end to get it through the door of the music room in my new home. They were a pleasure to deal with, and I highly recommend them.

They moved a grand piano which is very large. They were very carful and coconscious.

They were very professional. They arrived on time, and were able to move very quickly to get the piano moved into the U-Haul and have it secured so that it would stay safe throughout the trip. The price was very competitive, much cheaper than other piano movers, and there were no hidden costs. I paid exactly the estimate. Would definitely use them again!

Prompt clear quote when I called. Arrived on time for pickup of piano. Had all the right padding, straps, ramp and dolly to quickly and easily remove and load the piano. Unload and move into new location went equally as well. Professional and polite in all steps.

I contacted Mr. Gerald on a Thursday evening to see if he could pick up a piano in another town and bring to my home. He and associate was able to take the job on short notice. They were a little late getting to the place to pick up the piano but they were able to get it into my home with no damage to my walls or floor. They were very professional and careful as they determined the best way to move the piano out of a home and transport it into my home. Mr. Gerald also played the piano to see if it needed tuning but since it came from a home with no heat into a home with heat he suggested that it should sit awhile to determine if it needed tuning. I think they did an excellent job and had the proper equipment to get the job done.

Outstanding Service!!! Great communication! Guys were very prompt. On time and took very good care of the piano as they were moving it from one house to another.

They came punctually to move a piano we had gotten for free. It was sight unseen and the owners had them put it in the truck without my seeing it. Gerald was amazingly honest and kind, inviting me to come on the truck to take a look at it before bringing it into my house. He wanted me to be sure I wanted it because of the cat hair and mildew. I did not, and he offered to take it away to clean it up for me for another $130, which is totally reasonable. I'm pretty sure we don't want this piano, and they took it away for us. I think these guys are absolutely great, clearly do great work, and once we do get a piano that we want he will definitely be my tuner/ mover.

The moving crew arrived on time, and moved my piano carefully. My child played on the piano immediately and said it sounds had never been moved...no tuning needed. The price is very reasonable and they also give me 5% off because I am an Angie's list user. Truly outstanding.

These guys are amazing! Our home was being moved into the next day, and we had almost forgotten to move our piano out. I called Gerald and he was able to fix me in to his schedule that day! I was so grateful. They showed up right on time and moved the piano so quickly - even other people helping at our home were impressed. They got the piano into our new place and everything was perfect. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. Plus, Gerald is so nice! :)

They arrived promptly and assessed all the furniture to be moved to my daughter's house. They were very careful with each piece and didn't rush. They were polite and courteous. When we got to my daughter's house they used the same care moving each piece into the house and placing it where I asked them to.

They came into the house sized up the piano and number of step it had to be carried down to get to there truck. They secured the piano and removed the legs. They rapped the piano in blankets to protect it during transfer. They did an equally as good of job at the receiving location, moving it inside and setting it up again. THANKS Gerald.
