+ -1 moreHe was hired to rewire a rental house that I purchased. He quoted $1400. As soon as the project started he hounded me about paying him every single day. Everyday he needed a little here and there for something. Against my better judgement he wore me down towards the end of the project and I paid him the remainder with about a days worth of work to do. Needless to say he never came back. I had to pay another electrician to come in to correct all the things he did wrong plus finish what he didn;t finish. As it turns out he didn't pull permits like he said he did. He left owing me $1600 because the entire job was so poorly done it had to be redone.
