He and his crew we very prompt and easy to work with. The install was done the week leading up to Christmas to meet rebate deadlinev with no issues. He met with the inspectors personally to ensure no issues arose.

One was too worn to repair fully; other is OK.

The communication was great, things were installed as per the plan, with minimal impact to other things in the crawlspace and neat, efficient runs for the exhaust and the piping. They were easy to work with, easy to talk to, very friendly but at the same time clearly professional.

Job was done on time, at budget, with good communication and the quality of the work seemed excellent at the installation, and after six years we've never had a problem with it.

They're quick. Everything was completed as expected and everything went fine. They have brand new and honest plumber and they're very experienced. They just knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it.

Could not have been better. We are very pleased and are now using Mr. Garman for a bathroom remodel. Our neighbor also had a Hybrid water heater installed by a different plumber. The difference in visual appeal is amazing. Ours is on a block foundation with mortar; theirs on treated wood. Our piping is streamlined; theirs is everywhere. We took the recommendation of the contractor who sealed our crawlspace to hire Mr. Garman to remove our two existing traditional water heaters and install the Hybrid. Great move.

He is willing to act as our emergency plumbing contact and to arrange a meeting with me to discuss larger projects.

Randy was referred to me when our water main burst. He responded quickly and had it fixed in two days with a minimal water cut off. He installed a new water heater as well. All with minimal home invasion or inconvenience. His pipe digging through the front garden was precise and accurate . I highly recommend him.

Did exactly what I wanted them to do. I had some issues with the control panel, but he's always come back out to fix the issue.
