Description of Work: The project is still in progress. Due to personal reasons we have not been able to scope out this project and get it started. Gardens of the Carolinas has been patiently waiting for us to be ready to start. It is our fault not theirs that we have not started yet. The plan is to start sometime after April 25, 2014.
