Service was provided quickly, and the problem was resolved. The work performed was thorough and very professional.

James was kind, courteous, and well informed in his craft. He helped me decide on my new door instead of repairs since more home improvements are to come. The work was done by one man in 1.5 hours and was done to perfection.

I hardly know what to say about this experience. The salesman who came out to look at my garage and storage needs did not seem to get what I was talking about at all. I thought I was getting a wall of shelves. Imagine my surprise when the installer comes out and I got three short, deep shelving pieces and a large overhead storage rack. Northing fit. Nothing worked. It looked horrible and did not serve my storage needs at all. In fact, the overhead rack hung down in view of the windows at the top of my garage door; you can imagine how tacky that looked. The shelves were study enough, but unless you plan on putting everything into large plastic bins, they have little use. And whatever you put in the overhead better be something you use only once or twice a year. I do have to hand it to these folks: they took my dissatisfaction seriously, came and un-installed the shelving, and refunded my money. That's good service. My suggestion to you if you want to do business with this company: Get a detailed drawing of your storage area BEFORE you commit to anything.
