Excellent. I got a quick response to my phone call and the date and time I needed. They do an excellent job of removing stains and let you know if there were any that wouldn't come out after treatment. They are fast and thorough, friendly and professional. I recommend them to my family and friends. My Granddaughter saw my carpets after I had them cleaned and she said it best, "Wow, Grandma it looks like new carpet!"

I was able to schedule G & J to steam clean furniture and carpet within one week's time of calling. I was given a two-hour window, and George and Robert arrived at the very start of that two-hour window. They were incredibly friendly, very respectful of our home/property, and highly efficient. George and Robert did an amazing job...our furniture and carpets look brand new. This was the first time we used G & J, and we will continue to use them in the future for all of our steam cleaning needs.

We have used G & J Cleaners many times in the past and they have always done an excellent job. This time they cleaned our carpets and upholstery of a sofa. This was our first upholstery cleaning and I was very impressed - They steam cleaned and deodorized. They are always very professional, courteous, and on time. It is a family business, so we have the same person visit our home each time. Highly recommend!!!

G & J was referred to me by our cleaning service. We scheduled our carpet cleaning service out in advance after three years use and a recent construction project. These guys are members of the family, experienced, and know what they are doing. Not much talk, just hard work, removing all out stains with an excellent outcome. Except for the wear, the carpets are clean and look like new. The price seemed much more reasonable than the national chains, so I went with the reference I was given and I was thoroughly pleased. I will use them again and recommend them.

They do a really good job. They even move the furniture and are on time. After they move the furniture back they put plastic under the bed posts and styrofoam the furniture legs to keep them from being damaged on the wet carpet.

I hired G&J to clean my stairwell carpet and five rooms. I called and made an appointment. When they came to my home and were very respectful in moving the furniture and clearing the rooms. They did the job very quickly and professionally. They didn't mess around and I was very impressed on how fast they finished. The price was quoted before they started and that is exactly what they charged me.

Excellent results on overall carpet cleaning. We were warned that a red drink stain could not be guaranteed to come out. While not eradicated, the stain was significantly reduced and we were given advice on what we could do to continue working on it.

The staff was extremely professional and friendly. I had no qualms about letting them into my home. They moved furniture to clean under it and placed pads under the furniture legs when they were through to keep everything dry. They are prompt and honest and I would use them again.

This was the third time we used these folks over a span of six years, and they have been consistently courteous and professional. They arrived on time and finished the work promptly. Spot stains were treated, plastic was placed under furniture legs for protection until the carpet dried fully.

I had moved the furniture out of the way before they came. They took care of pre-spotting any stains and the carpets came out perfectly. They were very efficient and finished the job on schedule.

I like to have my carpets professionally done about once a year. They are very careful to put plastic coasters on the bottom of my furniture when they move it back in place, to protect the clean carpet. They use the same 2 people each time and they are a family owned business that cares about the job they do.
