+ -1 moreHe did a very average job. Some of the tile was uneven. There was no attention to detail. Mr. Fowler removed the door off the hinges to bring in equipment while the work was being done. He never came back after finishing the tile work to put the door back on & collect leftover tile pieces, scraps, etc. I didn't feel that he was as professional as he needed to be. I have hired someone else to add caulk to a couple of areas, put shoe molding down and basically fine tune the work. Originally, I asked Mr. Fowler to come back and fine tune these areas but he wanted to give a new quote instead of seeing it as perfecting the original job. The job looks okay but not professional at all. It looks like it was done by someone who watched YT videos or HGTV & did a DIY renovation. I would NOT recommend.

+ -1 moreGreat experience. He was very knowledgable and reliable. The work was done quickly but the quality was also there. I am pretty anal about some one being in my home. He laid down plastic to the floors that led front door all the way into the bathroom. He removed all debris in a timely manner, usually at the end of each day! He did a great job!!
Description of Work: I had Steve to completely remodel my master bathroom. He ripped out the old standard shower/bath combo, ripped out the floor, the sink, and the toliet. He added extra studds for the tile shower without being asked to do so. (once the shower was complete i called for a custom glass shower door to be installed. They require an additional studd on in the walls where the doors connect. Steve knew this from experience and already had added a stud! Save me time and money) Once he completely ripped out the old materials he preped the bathroom for the new tile shower and tile floor. He came everyday until the shower was done. He worked all day each day. I had other bids that indicated it would take about 3 weeks to complete the project and Steve completed it in half the time. He was able to help our finding me a plumber to assist with the moving of pipes for the new sink consule. I am extremely happy with the work that he has completed. I am going to have him come by and tile my kitchen backsplash in a few months.

+ -1 moreWhen they started to take the tile up, they discovered some issues and he ended up doubling our estimate. I had someone else here doing some other work and his comment was, "D*mn, I wish you would have called me because I would have done that for $600 and skipped all the way home." We got taken for a ride on that deal. He didn't have to double our charge. It was a hack job and we tried to get him to come back and fix some issues. He never answers our calls or calls us back.
