FOWLER & SONS INC

Fowler and Sons sold us a Heating and Air unit in 2008 during our House renovation and was referred by our contractor. We have since had Mr. Bobby Fowler out to repair the unit each summer replacing parts, some several times. We woke up this past Friday before Labor Day weekend with no Air conditioning, so called Fowler and Sons at 8:30. Was told to call their "Residential Department" which turned out to be the son's cellphone voicemail, who I was told now does all the residential business. I left a message regarding our situation and all our information as per his message. The son did not return my call. He did not call to tell me he could not accomodate us due to busy schedule, or that he no longer serviced our area, he just did not return my call that day or any other into the following week. I did call the main company line back the following week to let someone know after several work days had gone by and no call back. We have since found another company to service our unit.

THERE ARE OUTLETS THAT ARE STILL NOT WORKING. THEY DID NOT WIRE SOME LIGHT FIXTURES CORRECTLY, SO I HAD THEM REPLACED BY SOMEONE ELSE. THE PLUMBING LEAKED, SO I HAD TO OPEN THE NEW WALL TO HAVE IT FIXED.
