Provider set up appointment very quickly and showed up on time. Wasted no time, cleaned up after himself, and showed me pictures of roof issue. Very polite and pleasant.

Four seasons came out in one day to clean my gutters and were available (thankfully) to come out two days later to replace some wood. They replace some wood under my gutters that has now rotted twice. But instead of just fixing it and leaving they angled my gutters a little bit to help with the flow and to hopefully stop it from overflowing and rotting the wood again. They did suggest replacing them with larger size but our house budget is reached for the year so i will contact them next year about it. They are the first gutter cleaners to actually suggest a fix and one of the only ones that do woodwork in addition to cleaning. I was very pleased with them and how quickly they were able to help since my deck was having the stain/paint stripped off every time it rained.

There was an extra $30.00 charge due to the size of the roof but the deal was clear there was additional charge for larger roofs. I was pleased with the professionalism in cleaning gutters and job clean-up. They sprayed off guttersand tested down spouts were all flowing properly.

Wade and his helper did just an outstanding job cleaning the gutters and roofs for our 2 homes. He also installed 8 downspout extension and did maintenance on our deck at one of the homes. It was fine. He came on the day he was scheduled. It was outside work and I wasn't home. He's like a sole worker. Its not a great big company. He just kind of does his thing when time is set. I wouldn't expect more than that.

My gutters were past due for a cleaning. Due to all the recent rain we had during the holidays the clogged gutters exacerbated the situation with the already saturated ground around my house. Needless to say I was anxious to get the gutters cleaned. Wade worked with me to schedule as early a date as possible to clean my gutters on short notice. He notified me in plenty of time when he had to shift the time slot that he would arrive. He came on time and did a wonderful job. The gutters were clean and there was no debris left around the house anywhere. He even had no problem working with my two large (friendly) dogs in the backyard. I will definitely ask him back again for this type job as well as other exterior jobs he may do for my home. Talking to him was like talking to a friend!

Wade got back to me almost immediately after I left him a message. We discussed the job and I texted him my details. He got back to me within a few hours with an estimate and provided his availability to perform the gutter cleaning. I had received three separate estimates for the work and Wade was the most responsive. He also did everything he said he would do in the time he promised. We booked the job and I was provided a window of when they would arrive. They were very punctual and completed the work efficiently. They even cleaned up all the displaced debris. Wade is very trustworthy and I would hire them again in an instant. He explained the options for the gutter guards and provided a quote for that work once the cleaning was completed. I didn't feel like I was getting a "hard sell" one way or the other. The quote was factual and we are considering whether we want to invest the money for the appropriate guards for the home. I wouldn't hestitate to use Wase again in the future.
