Shawna and her team were awesome. Great communication got me on the schedule fast .floors look great and they did a great job cleaning up after they were finished. Will def use them again for furture projects.

Shawna and her team removed the existing carpet and installed Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring in my two-story townhome. I am thrilled with the completed project and highly recommend Footprints Floors. The project was professionally and efficiently managed, communication along the way was timely and courteous, and the team took great care with their workmanship as they made the improvement to my home.

It was our great luck to find Footprints Floors and Shawna. Our dishwasher leaked and we needed to replace our kitchen laminate floor. Based on good online reviews we decided to contact Shawna. She was very kind and understanding about our dilemma, set up a visit for two days later, came to our home at the scheduled time, and did the measurement and assessment. While she was here we realized Footprints Floors was the right choice â even before getting the very fair estimateâ and feel that we made a friend. Shawna is pleasant, professional, and fun! She scheduled the work within a very appropriate time frame and arrived promptly that day with her expert installer, Luis. The two of them consulted for a few minutes and Luis got started. We could go on for pages about how experienced, efficient, hard working, and easy-going Luis was. All floors have odd angles but nothing bothered him. He said â all problems have solutionsâ and made everything turn out perfectly. We were constantly amazed at how expertly he worked. From the first discussion we felt comfortable working with Footprints Floors and Shawna. The absolutely most comforting issue was that she gave excellent explanations and discussed every concern we had. We are now Footprints Floors number one fan!

Shauna and her crew were FABULOUS!! I was the victim of a contractor scam who left my home with nothing but the floor slab and shotty work. Fabulous Floors came in within 48 hours fo my contacting them. An assessment was done, estimate completed, and work started within two days. I knew exactly what to expect throughout the floor installation. They were prompt in correcting and installing the floors. The resulting work is AWESOME. I believe I have the most beautiful floors in the Triangle!

Footprints Floors really impressed us. We had them replace the carpeting in our 2 guest rooms with laminate wood. The price was very reasonable. Shawnaâ s team worked fast, completing the transformation in less than a day and a half. They were very clean, and their workmanship was outstanding. We highly recommend them!

Only contractor that was willing to install the floors I wanted instead of limiting us to flooring companies they had agreements with.

Footprints Floors did an incredible job at our home, making sure our needs and timeline were met. We had existing hardwoods downstairs and upstairs in the hallway. They seamlessly added in the same floors to all the remaining bedrooms and patched areas downstairs in our kitchen in preparation for our kitchen renovation. We also had our staircase done and they did a fantastic job. Shawna and her team were communicative and very accommodating. There is no question that I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have new floors put in. Thank you Footprints Floors!
