+ -1 moreThere was no cost to me personally except buying the house. The service was good. Not only is he a realtor, but he is a realtor of realtors. He is a trainer, so he teaches other realtors how to sell houses. He is very savvy, and knowledgeable about houses in this area. That was very obvious to me the first time I met him. He was very supportive, very encouraging, and he always let me drive to what I wanted, but he always had advise for wisdom along the way for practically every house. If I wanted professional opinion about a house, I would walk with him, and he would give me very good feedback.
Description of Work: I bought a house through Sam Tyrtle. He is with Fonville Morisey Realty.

+ -1 moreWe have been living in our house for more than a year and are very pleased. Doreen did a great job helping us.
Description of Work: Doreen Mathis was our real estate agent. We were mostly self directing, using realtor.com and other websites going to open house events. When we found a place we really liked, Doreen, really went to work for us. She made all the arrangements for us to go on second and third tours of the house. She arranged for us to get the house inspected and measured for some new hardwoods to be installed. When the house turned out to be a Mike Holmes type nightmare, we walked away from that house. Doreen had helped us through getting the financing in place, so we went on a whirlwind tour of Raleigh homes with Doreen showing us places she had found and places we had found online. After about two weeks we found our dream home

+ -1 moreI didn’t have to pay them anything. They were wonderful. Everything was seamless. I didn’t have to worry about any of the details. I handed over all the details to them and they took care of issues as and when they arouse. I didn’t even know about them. It was the best service I have ever had. They really paid attention to the details, which was very helpful to me. They were able to explain things when I had questions. I will use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreWe met Fair when we were out on our own looking for a house. We liked her right away. She was very knowledgeable and gave us many tips on our home purchase. She was always extremely professional and very kind. We felt she sincerely had our best interest in mind throughout the process. It took us a while to find a house (2 offers fell through), but she saw us through, right to our dream house. (7 months later!) We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality service with a smile!
