Kudos to Fogg HVAC. They are highly rated here on ANGI and deservedly so. Straight forward and trustworthy Fogg is now my heating and cooling provider for life. Did a quick and professional change out of my 25 year old gas pack. No nonsense, Stanley Fogg knows his stuff.

Our A/C went out during a heat wave. We called around to some other companies -- including one we had a service contract with -- and they weren't available until the next day. Fogg had a slot available that day, the technician showed up in the time window, and our A/C was fixed in short order.

Our old HVAC was leaking freon. Through our existing service contract with Fogg, his technician found the crack. Mr. Fogg came to our house to discuss our options. Rather than repair our 12-year-old unit, we decided to replace it with a new, more efficient unit. Mr. Fogg had pointed out that although the repair was cheaper, there would be no warranty on the replacement part and we would still have a 12-year-old unit, prone to future repair needs. His crew did and excellent installation job and his office staff even prepared the rebate paperwork for us.

I got exactly what I needed on time and quickly done. The cost was comparable to other estimates. The owner has a Pleasant professional demeanor and supervised the work. They cleaned up and left me with a nice new fancy unit.

Almost paid thousands of dollars but hired FOGG hvac for a second opinion and he got my hvac system up and running for less than a few hundred. I know who to trust when my hvac system goes.

Called at 9:30am and was told that they'd be in touch shortly with an estimate, but plenty of time to find someone if not. I called at 12:15 having heard nothing and had to repeat my request. I mentioned that someone should be home at 3:15, but heard nothing from him except at 3:20 when he called and said he was leaving because no one was home. At this time, he said that he'd try to have someone else come by and he'd let me know in plenty of time to find someone. At 5:15 I called him and was told that no one could come. Unprofessional service and attention. I would absolutely not recommend for any services that require a timely or attentive response. Seemed like a nice guy, but failed time and time again to meet his promises.

Mr Fogg was extremely nice and professional. Called me back after 5 and came by the house since he was already in the area. Much friendlier than the 2 companies I had to deal with 2 years ago. Paid less to him for service and the part than the others with the part under warranty. Highly recommend.

Mr. Fogg and his team did an excellent job. The owner was always quick to respond to phone calls and emails, and when thunderstorms delayed our install, he was able to come out the very next day. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the price was much lower than our other quote. (We checked with a friend who owns a commercial AC company, and he confirmed that this was an excellent price.) He was honest and didn't try to upsell us on unnecessary upgrades, and when we asked for an upgrade to a wireless thermostat, he included it with no price increase. The owner himself came out to check everything after it was installed, and will come out again next week to check everything over again. We plan to hire them to do our yearly maintenance. Highly recommend.

I asked Stanley Fogg to call my daughter to arrange a time to inspect her air-conditioner unit. He called her that day and arranged a time to meet very soon. As it turns out, the unit broke down just before Stanley got there. Even though it was Friday, Stanley said he would get a part on Saturday and come back and fix it, which he did. My daughter and grandchildren were very appreciative of having the air conditioning. I have asked Stanley to put us on regular annual maintenance for the air conditioner and for the gas heating system in the fall. Stanley is very committed to giving the best service at the best price.

They did a good job. They come out there immediately and fix everything. I called the company and the lady that answered the phone just wanted a technician to call me back. But he called me back within a few minutes. I was really surprised. Usually the person that answers the phone is really knowledgeable and she was like, "No, you should talk to a technician." He did a good job.

Stanley showed up on time and was very professional. Immediate diagnosed my project and let me know my options. My brother is an HVAC person in another state and told me a year ago I would need a new unit so when Stanley made the recommendation for a new one I had to agree. He called multiple suppliers until he got me the best price and he and his team had me back up and running within 2 hours. Not or happy that I had to buy a new unit but feel very fortunate that I found Stanley on Angie's list. I highly recommend Fogg HVAC.

Stanley shopped around to get the best price he could for the new HVAC system and kept in contact with us until it was in-stock. Only 2-3 days later he installed it and it works like a dream. Nice guy and great service. Will use Fogg AC again.

When we started noticing that our HVAC unit was no longer cooling our house very well, we wanted to find a local and highly rated contractor on Angie's List to take a look. After finding Fogg HVAC, we called the number listed after normal business hours and immediately got through to Stanley, the owner, via his cell phone, whom, after explaining what we were experiencing, shared what he thought it might be, agreed to come to our house the following morning (he said that the unit likely had frozen- sure enough, we let the fan run without turning on the AC to let it "thaw" and got some cool relief that night). Just as promised, Stanley arrived early, showed and thoroughly explained the issues that we were having and then gave us our options, both of which unfortunately were rather expensive (due to an irreversible freon leak, we could either replace an expensive part, which might only be a short term fix, or replace the entire system, both of which could be done that week). My wife and I agreed to talk about it and get back to him, so Stanley gave us a discount for the visit for finding him on Angie's List and then he went about the rest of his busy day. After discussing our options, my wife and I decided to get the new, more efficient and higher capacity HVAC system (the higher capacity system was based on calculations done by Stanley that took into account the home square footage, rooms with high ceilings and sun exposure) and worked out a time for when we got back from vacation that it could be installed. On Tuesday, the day that the work was supposed to happen, the workers started arriving around 8:30a.m. and worked all day until the job was complete, around 7:00p.m. Stanley wasn't there all day as he had other obligations but he made several appearances to check on his workers' progress and, at the end of the day, came into the house to replace the thermostat (and set the initial programming), turn on the HVAC system for the first time and made sure that we didn't have any more questions (we had likely already exhausted all of our questions by then, all of which Stanley answered very patiently, thoroughly and professionally). The Harnett County inspector came a couple of days later and was only here for about 10 minutes before signing off on the inspection saying that everything looked "super". We could not be happier with the service that we received from Stanley and his crew. The service was prompt, professional, thorough and reasonably priced. Stanley, with over 20 years of experience and all of the training that he has received, is very smart and extremely knowledgable. Plus, we are now enjoying all of the benefits of a newer, more modern and efficient HVAC system - less power consumed, lower energy bills and a more comfortable home.

Called Mr. Fogg at 4:45 pm on Monday. He said he would come by at 7 am Tuesday. By 8 am the unit was repaired. We appreciate the prompt response.

Mr Fogg and his crew were punctual and efficient, arriving as scheduled to replace the heating and ac units in my 2400 sq-ft house. His bid for the work was competitive, his manner was professional, and we were completey satisfied.

Stanley Fogg is great. He was prompt, gave us clear estimates for several different materials and labor charges. He and his team did a top notch job. When installing the new thermostat, he accidentally chipped some molding paint. Not a problem - he had a professional caulk and paint the area, and it looks perfect. All materials were cleaned up after the job was complete. Now our house is cool. I think Mr. Fogg cares about his customers and we know that we can count on him in the future.

Stanley and his crew replaced one of my heating/air conditioning units with a quieter, more efficient one. I am very pleased with his prompt and professional service. I will be calling him again when my other unit gives out.

I'm very happy with the work results. The contractor was very responsive to my email and telephone calls. He usually responded within an hour when I left voice messages. He was on site the majority of the time that his team was working on the installation. The contractor gave me a date and a one hour window and meets this time frame with the estimate and performing the work. The furnace that we choose was a new hybrid model. The discussion with the contractor on his knowledge of installing HVAC units gave me confidence that could install the system without manufacturer delays. The professionalism and quality on the work gives me confidence that the work was done right. Even with a 2 year warrant that covers the labor I believe I will not have to worry about correcting any problems with the service performed. I felt the contractor went the extra mile in troubleshoot the furnace emergency heating a week after installation to ensure that all weather scenarios were covered in advance. Also the contractor helped me in cell phone photos for the equipment?s model and serial numbers to complete the parts registration for manufacture warranty.

They were awesome and did a great job. They were very fairly priced as well.
