The project manager, Bob, was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. The office manager seemed a bit scattered but everyone else was very professional.. When our grab bar was inadvertently omitted, the ordered one and came to install it at our earliest convenience. They also replaced a transition piece that had not been cut properly. The finished shower is great.

Chris did an excellent job all by himself. Took a little bit longer but after all it was a big job for just one person. Looks excellent and honestly I can't wait to get into my new shower and enjoy it but the silicone has to dry first to ensure it's watertight. No doubt this will be my shower for many many years to come!

Such a delightful experience from beginning to end. Customer service, sales, installation, function and style surpassed my expectations. Project completed with competency, efficiency, and complete satisfaction!

I called Five Star Bath Solutions to remodel my master bath, take out my shower/tub combo and install a walk in shower with seat b/c I just had back surgery. The results we received were beyond great! We are so very satisfied with the remodel. Itâ s so much easier for me to take a shower now without help.
