+ -1 moreDoug Britt from Five-0 services came out to the rental unit at the scheduled time. Within one hour, he had determined that the HVAC unit was low on freon. He added the necessary amount, cleaned the outside unit and helped tenant understand how to set thermostat. He was very nice and professional to the tenant. I would highly recommend Five-0 services to others.
Description of Work: Full check on HVAC system.Added needed freon. Recommended most economical thermostat settings to tenant. Cleaned outside unit.
