First Class Clean

Excellent job. They are very very good and very reasonable. There is a tremendous amount of windows at my home. They did a wonderful job! They are coming every three months now. We have 31 windows in the house and the price was really reasonable. I don't recall the exact number but it was very reasonable. I don't have any problems with these people otherwise, I wouldn't use them again.

I have nothing but good things to say; they were great. I have used them twice, once last year and once this year. For what they did the price was great. From start to finish they are professional. The service is done well in a timely manner. For the price what they do is great work.

Fantastic! These guys really did a great job. From the beginning it was nothing but professional service. Promptly visited to assess the job and provide a quote for services. The house is 3200 sqft, with 36 double hung windows with a screened porch. We scheduled the agreed job within 2 days. Job was conducted on a Saturday. They said they would arrive between 11-1, and they were right on time. I left the house when they arrived to start work, and when I returned 4 hrs later, they were finished. The house looks like it was just repainted and the windows were crystal clean. I would highly recommend these guys, and will use them next time we need windows and/or house cleaned. Thanks guys!

Chad promptly answered my request for a bid. Since they do not do power washing of wooden decks he arranged for a company to coordinate their services for the same day. After we accepted their bid there was a followup email immediately sent confirming the service. On the day of service the workers arrived on time and completed the work in a professional and timely manner. We are very pleased with the quality of all services performed and can tell that the company promotes a strong work ethic. We would use First Class Clean again and will recommend to others.

High quality organization. I called First Class on Wednesday AM, Chad came over Wednesday afternoon gave we a reasonable estimate and completed the work Friday. Every step of the process was handled professionally. They were extremely meticulous in cleaning the outside windows/power washing and very concerned that the work was done up my expectations. I believe this is a very well managed company that we will definitely use again.

First Class Clean did a superb job in every way. Making the appointment was easy and done very professionally. They worked around our schedule and sent an email to confirm the date and time, along with some very helpful information and instructions. The day of the appointment, they arrived promptly, were very courteous, and did an excellent job of pressure washing our home. Our home had not been pressure washed in years, and they worked very hard to make sure it was cleaned thoroughly. We appreciated their attention to details that were specific to our home and our needs. We recommend them highly and would definitely use them again.

I can’t believe they scrubbed the doggie door clean. These people are what you wish for when you decide to pressure wash. I hired them to clean the exterior of my house and also wash my windows, services I have engaged vendors for many times. They not only exceeded our expectations, but also we were truly amazed and delighted by the results. Their commitment to making surfaces sparkle and pop; their professional approach; their attention to even the smallest detail are all noteworthy. If the price sounds high, it is not. I engaged First Class Clean to pressure wash the siding and the brick exterior; clean 18 windows; pressure wash an outdoor deck; pressure wash a 19'x18’ screened porch, including a large 15’-high skylight; and pressure wash the driveway plus a considerable length of adjoining sidewalk. Most impressive were the unexpected touches, reflecting the high standards and pride in the work for which this company is known. I mean, who cleans a doggie door, coated with years of grime, without being asked? Who looks in every cranny of the soffit and facia to find hidden dirt?

We used First Class Clean with our prior residence to prep the house for sale two years ago. Chad and his team did such a great job that we asked them to come back and do our new house this year. As before they did an excellent job with no issues from beginning to end. They were able to schedule the work on a day that fit our schedules, were right on time, and the house and windows looked like new when they finished (no pollen!!). They even went the extra mile and washed down our patio furniture and carpet tiles that we were planning to do by hand that day. There was no damage at all to our screens, stonework on the house, etc or leaks in the house from the low pressure wash. We will definitely be asking First Class Clean to come back when we need house & window washing, and we will not hesitate to recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

Very pleased and impressed. They were on time and very professional. The price was good, as was the service. I was pleasantly surprised that they washed the brick steps and cleaned our railings. I was especially pleased about the railing since I didn't expect they would do that since the railing is painted wood, and if you're not careful, you'll spray the paint off. When my daughter came home from school, she asked if the railing had been painted :) Would definitely use again and recommend.

I found first class clean on angie's list, which was a big plus: they were rated well & there was an angie's coupon rate. When I contacted them to set up an appointment, they quickly responded and gave me the first available date. They confirmed the appointment, showed up at the anticipated time, politely explained what the process entailed & what was included, & promptly set to work. They also included my front steps and the cement pad adjacent to the steps. I am pleased with the work the did and the professionalism in all dealings with their company. I would definitely recommend this company.

I met Chad a little over a year ago. I own a paint contracting business and my wife is a realtor. We have had opportunity to use First Class Clean personally, as a sub contractor and referred them to clients. I highly value being able to confidently use First Class Clean knowing they will show up on time and expertly perform the job. I have never received a call back or a complaint from their service. They can get a little busy during the Summer so call ahead. Keep up the good work guys!

It was fabulous! The house looks like it had a fresh coat of white paint put on it. We were very happy with the results and the care that the team took. They saw that we had a stained front door, and without any prompting made sure to seal it up, so that they could clean the front area thoroughly without damaging the door.

Was very happy with both jobs. Have numerous plants around house and windows.. happy to report there wasn't any damage.

Everything about this transaction was smooth and u would 100% recommend Chad and team if you're looking for issue washing. We had a scare letter from the hospital and needed to clean the house FAST. They were friendly, responsible. When their vehicle got a flat and had to be towed, they called every few minutes, letting me know of the complications. They quickly rescheduled for a convenient time. They were prompt, efficient, thorough. We are delighted with the results!
