First Class Clean

This is the second time I've used the company, so I was not surprised to see them deliver outstanding service and quality. Regarding the cleaning, the house LOOKS AMAZING and I can highly recommend bundling their services as it made a HUGE difference when everything was cleaned beautifully. But as usual the scheduling, estimating and actual work performed were all carried out very efficiently and absolutely no surprises. It is nice to know that this team continues to deliver an excellent experience. With the work ethic and attitude of the owners I can guarantee they will be around for as long as they desire.

From start to finish these young men provided first-class service. They answered the phone with courtesy. Once we made the appointment they showed up at the scheduled time. While working outside they showed respect for our landscape which is very important to us. As well the inside was done meticulously. It is a thrill to know some young people who have the class the wherewithal to know how to operate with class and intelligence. Those who care about their work to win that hard-earned dollar! Something grossly missing in today's society. Chad and Jason are establishing a first-class business. I wish them well and thank them for the fine job at our home.

I was very impressed with the prompt service and how organized First Class Glass showed. Chad and Jason made me feel at ease when they cleaned the gutters. I will also hire them for Window Cleaning as well.

I can highly recommend First Class Glass! They came out and gave me an estimate on the day I called to inquire. We have an historic house built in the 1700's with lots and lots (40+) of hard to reach windows with nine over nine panes of glass. We have had them professionally washed many times in the past, but nobody has even come close to the job these guys did. They do very professional work and are highly conscientious.

They arrived on time and conducted business in a professional and courteous manner. Their quality of work was superior and we would recommend them to anyone. It was a pleasant experience working with First Class Glass.

The exterior of our windows were cleaned. They arrived as scheduled and did a very nice job. We have pararie style windows ( 9 panes of glass ) with very small areas. Although we love the look, we did not think at the time of purchase how difficult these would be to clean. They were not phased by the windows and came up with a goof way to clean them efficiently.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. We were very, very pleased with it. The deal was for 20 windows for $79 so we paid $120 to include the additional windows. It went very well. They were very efficient and did a professional job.

Chad and Jason were terrific. They were on time, very professional and did excellent work. Both guys are clean, well groomed, mannerly, polite and helpful. I will definitely use them again and HIGHLY recommend them.

Gentleman showed up as scheduled and promptly went to work. They let us know of some potential issues and made our windows look fantastic. I have never seen my windows this clean before. These guys are good! Highly recommended and professional.

The cleaning job was fantastic, my windows never looked better. But what was even more impressive was their service after the sale. During the screen cleaning, one of the small screen clips fell out. FCG tried for a couple of weeks to find replacement clips that would fit my screens, and came back to install them today. At my request, they even installed reinforcement nails outside the screens on a couple of my windows that my kitties like to sit in. First Class Glass went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend them.

I believe the workmen were the co-owners of their company -- First Class Glass. I rated them an A in all the above categories. They were prompt, arrived with all the necessary equipment (extra long ladders), had the time to talk with me, etc. I added this service company to our neighborhood email recommendations. I will definitely use them again!

They were very good. Their were two young nice clean cut guys, they took off their shoes, and they were very polite. They were here for two hours and followed up with a thank you card. They did a good job. They looked very professional.

I purchased an Angies List coupon for 79.00 in Feb/2013. I did not use it until May (I was waiting for the pollen to end). When I called, Chad was very responsive and scheduled me for the next week. Chad and Jason arrived on time and immediately got to work. At the onset ,actually when I first called, Chad told me that the screens would be $2 each extra. As it was, they had a difficult time removing the screens, but this did not seem to be a problem for them. They cleaned all windows .. inside and out, including inside sills and outside around the window trim. I could not believe the difference. Also, I could not believe the difference with the screens ... especially noticeable when compared with surrounding homes. I will call them again, as needed, and will recommend to family and friends.

I'm happy with the service.

Chad and Jason arrived early (with prior notice), left their shoes at the door and had a nice schmooze with my two overly friendly toy poodles. They did a thorough walk-through of the job and got right to work. They were most professional and didn't bat an eye when I added some previously forgotten windows to the list. They moved a lot of things I couldn't reach worked around a number of immoveable objects (large houseplants and the like)The job was finished in only a couple of hours and their results are excellent -- My windows have never been so clean! Jason even spent a few minutes playing with one of the dogs, who felt very comfortable with two new people in the house. Chad also took the liberty of cleaning the glass-topped table outside on the patio -- a very nice gesture. I used an Angie's List Big Deal coupon for this job and it was well worth it! I will definitely hire First Class Glass the next time I need window cleaning. My dogs and I recommend them VERY highly!
