Great service, and very professional. How many companies still send "thank you" notes?

Those guys were great, they were awesome. We loved them. They were here on time. They were very professional. They did a great job. We will call them again and we are telling all our friends about them because they were good. We've had other window washers that are slack but these guys were on it, they did a great job, the house looks wonderful. They were neat and they were respectful of our property. I can't say enough good things about them.

This is the MOST FABULOUS experience I have ever had with window cleaners. The business is owned and operated by two young college grads. They arrived when expected and were courteous and professional. Their attention to detail was incredible and they were by far the most meticulous workers I have ever had in my home. Highly recommended !!

They did a fantastic job. From the first phone call, they were professional, helpful, friendly, and customer-oriented. They were able to make an appointment quickly, arrived on time, and the windows look great! They even scrapped paint off of them, though this service wasn't something they had initially estimated for, so they threw it in for free. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

I live in a city that is in between two major cities and sometimes that makes it difficult to get service. First Class Glass was very accommodating. They don't normally come out to my area because of distance, but since I had purchased the package they went out of their way to make sure I received excellent service. They arrived early, but did call first to make sure it was convenient. All work was done as described, and it was done in a timely manner. My husband and I were very pleased with both the windows and the gutter cleaning. I would definitely call them again.

Arrived on time. Very polite and pleasant the entire time. Did not mind my very large dog following them around and "supervising". Found an area of soffetting that needs attention and pointed that out to me. Cleaned the brickwork. Left absolutely no mess anywhere in the yard. I had purchased just the window and gutter cleaning via Angie's List special for $288.00. (They could not do much with the gutters since gutter guards were on.) They told me about the gentle pressure washing they could do (I had a previous near disaster with power washers using too much pressure and water came in the windows [original windows since 1988]). I opted to purchase the power washing as well at 10 cents per square foot. I am thrilled at the results. They were very professional and took time to do the job right. I am very impressed and recommend First Class Glass without reservation. I will call them again. I will also post this on our neighborhood list-serve - people are always looking for recommendations for good work.

i have a small 750 sq ft house that is covered with HardiPlank instead of Vinyl siding. i don't think it had been washed for probably two or more years. it had some fungus growing on the back too. i had been waiting for some sort of deal for washing my house and then I got an email coupon from First Class Glass (I have used them before) for 15% off a soft wash. it turns out my house is so small that they couldn't use the coupon or else it wouldn't be worth their time to come out. even without the coupon, $75 sounded fair to me so we scheduled it. the machine broke the first time and so we rescheduled it for a couple days later. they called me the next day and told me they had time that afternoon so they ended up just coming over and doing it. they sprayed my house with a chemical and then low pressure washed it. all the fungus, cobwebs, and random debris is gone and the house looks like it was newly painted. the wash left water spots on my windows but no big deal. their price was very reasonable and i will definitely keep using these guys.

Two guys , both owners got to house 10 minutes early. Met with me, inspected the house and started work. Awesome does not describe how excellent these guys were. They got all the windows and glass doors.Since my home was built, this was the first professional cleaning since 2002. Since my home is 3 stories in back counting the full basement, my top master bed windows are 35 from the ground so cleaning from the outside would be too dangerous for a non professional. These guys were honest and careful both inside and out.

They arrived on time, neat and barbered appearance, plus their truck was clean, well organized. As they worked, they were very respectful of our home and furnishings. Our particular job ( not a really big one) took a bit over 2 hours. Everything was cleaned up upon completion and both showed up to thank us and to say good bye. The two young men are the company's owners and can be proud of their business.

Jason came by the house to give us a quote on washing all of the windows on our home, the day we called to inquire. I was very pleased with his professionalism and courteousness, however the quote was far above what we were willing to pay for window cleaning. At $1 per pane, with the numerous divided windows we have, the quote was nearly $600. We would have loved to use First Class Glass for our window cleaning needs, but will be DIY'ing it instead.

They arrived on time, promptly surveyed what needed to be done and went to work. Their work reminded me of a long-time-ago TV commercial - swift, silent and serene. They were very careful not to soil anything when inside and they were also very careful not to damage any foliage near the house under/in-front of, windows. I wish I had known they also do pressure washing, I would have had that done at the same time.

These guys were terrific!!! My windows never looked so clean and the shower door now does not have to be replaced!!! They were punctual, professional and extremely good at what they do. I will definitely use them again... in fact, I told them to contact me in several months to set up another appointment. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They did, um, a 'first class' job in every respect. The team of 2 responded promptly to my Big Deal request, set an early date, arrived on time, and worked efficiently and thoroughly. I love clean windows and they did a great job on ours. Both Chad and Jason(?) are nice hard-working guys who are easy to deal with. I definitely recommend them for window and gutter cleaning.

They were thorough, quiet, polite, informative of the state of some windows. We were extremely please and will have them again and recommend them to friends.

These guys returned our call promptly. They came out the next day and gave us an estimate (which ultimately was exactly the bill). They were always on time, always polite, never made a mess and did a fantastic job. 18 windows including a large one in a two-story foyer -- way up there, but they did a fine job. Also a full glass storm door in front plus two full glass doors in back. Cleaned all the sills and tracks painstakingly which other providers sometimes miss. Can't say enough about these guys. They're great and we will be using them every time from now on.

First Class Glass performed an outstanding job cleaning the inside and out of 50 windows in my home. They were prompt, courteous and very particular about their work. They also looked for (as I asked) and informed me of a couple windows with potential issues. I will use them again and highly recommend them to friends and neighbors!

They did exactly what they said they would do and they did it very well. I had a lot of windows and doors, it was a big house.

Everything went great. I can not believe how dirty our windows and screens were. Now I can look out the windows and see clearly. They went above and beyond with putting all new bulbs in chandelier for us.

Everything went as we had hoped. We had used FCG for our windows and loved the wok they did. This time we were equally as pleased.

It was easy to schedule the appointment and the workers were on time and professional. My windows looked gorgeous when they were finished! Price was exactly what I expected given the information they provided up front.
