First Class Clean

Great service. Above and beyond what we would expect, even a few "extras" on a house with high windows (lots of ladder work). All hand washed; no pressure washers.

Punctuality and ease of setting up the service was great - they were the only company that did a site visit ahead in order to understand the job and quote it properly. They were willing to fill an empty slot in their schedule for a short notice need on my part which worked out great. The proper patience and time was taken in order to achieve good results from the cleaning solution and all parts were well rinsed. The job took close to 3 hours and I monitored for part of that time, so I'm confident that all parts of the house were well covered. Both the siding and the windows came clean. And, the window sills, which were quite dirty on the north side of the house, came clean as well. Overall, the service was great and workmanship was very conscientious.

First Class Glass provided one of the best experiences I have had with a service provider. Chad was immediately available by phone to schedule the cleaning, and provided a price that was right within our budget for everything we needed. He was very flexible with the scheduling, and even allowed us to delay the cleaning by two weeks since the pollen came later than expected. He showed up on time and completed the job as planned. We are selling our house this spring and needed it to look great, and he surpassed all our expectations. The windows and sills were spotless, and he was very thorough--even going around at the end to make sure not one smudge was left. They were exceptionally neat when they came inside to clean the windows and sills, keeping all the cleaning solution and rags neatly contained. Chad checked the entire exterior of the house for any water damage or other damage. We didn't even need to re-stain our deck as we had expected since he was able to wash off the mold and dirt build-up. They also did a fantastic job on the driveway--we had some grass/weeds in between the cracks and the water removed it all so that we don't have to apply a lot of pesticides. I was worried before we started from hearing the experience of others who had power washing done to their houses--tales of water seeping in around the window sills and causing floor/curtain damage, etc. There was absolutely no damage or water anywhere inside. We would not hesitate to recommend First Class Glass to anyone we know, and we will be calling Chad again every year to clean our new house after we relocate.

A crew of two to three men arrived promptly, acted professionally, and did a very thorough job of cleaning the windows. They also didn't leave behind any messes.

Chad, the provider, called me the next day to schedule. The day we had scheduled turned out to be very rainy and windy. He called me early that morning and asked my preference, but recommended to wait for a clear day. We rescheduled. Everything went very well. I was glad he called to reschedule. He lost money that day, but it was much better for the window cleaning. The crew came the morning we scheduled. They examined the house and told us what was and was not included, which practically everything was included. I gladly paid a small amount extra to do the chandelier and the attic windows. They got done late morning, and the whole house looked great. Excellent service and friendly staff.

They responded immediately to my email request and came out the next day to give an estimate. They returned the following day to carry out the work. They were timely, polite and worked very quietly. The side of the house they pressure washed came out really well and looks like it has a fresh coat of paint! Our windows are so clean and sparkle! It makes much more of a difference than I thought it would. We will definitely use First Class Glass again.

Not only was the work they did fabulous- their punctuality, work ethic , friendliness and great price made them someone I would use again and recommend to anyone!!!!!

In talking with the vendor and describing the windows in my home, First Class Glass decided the windows did not fit the requirements of the deal. Although, I really think my window did fit the bill. We tried to figure out what type of window I had over the phone and don't feel we were successful. I would have expected a home visit to confirm whether or not the windows were in fact the type of window covered in the offer. I was, however, able to get a full refund with no problem.

Chad and Jason were extremely nice and professional. They did a very thorough job of getting several years' worth of build-up off our windows. We have lots of windows in our passive solar house. Some are normal height, some are quite high up. They came equipped to handle all situations. I would highly recommend First Class Glass and would definitely call on them again.

These guys are top notch! They used the best supplies and made the house look outstanding! Things I couldn't even see before were perfectly visible out the back windows.. awesome group!

These young men have been punctual, efficient, and thorough on each of the several occasions we have used their services. In addition, they are a pleasure to deal with. They thoughtfully removed their shoes or wore paper "booties" when working inside, and carefully cleaned up after completing their work. They take obvious pride in the quality of their work. and their professionalism is exceptional.

First Class Glass was fast, efficient and thorough. This deal also included gutter cleaning along with window cleaning. We will ask them back next year!
