Description of Work: Chad cleaned my windows inside and out. Did an excellent job and his price was very competitive. Required lots of work on ladders.

Description of Work: We booked them for June 6 (or the first week in June after all the pollen is gone)but we did use them last year and they were wonderful. These young men are courteous and hard working making sure that we were satisfied with the job. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They washed windows and screens on home. These folks did a great job, I have large oversized windows with 2 walls being almost just windows. 4 EXTERNAL doors 2 double and 2 single with transoms, and side window panels and everything looks great.

Description of Work: I bought the coupon for the window and gutter cleaning then added washing the outside of the house. These guys did a fantastic job cleaning the windows inside and out. When done the house really looked great! They even cleaned the screens on my back porch!

Description of Work: We purchased one of your deals to clean 20 windows for $79.00 with First Class Glass in Raleigh, NC. Several weeks later we called their office and spoke to Chad. We made an appointment for May 1st. Chad was scheduled to come at 9:00 am. He called that morning saying he was concerned that there was a threat of rain and ask if it was raining at our house. We decided that he come on for the appointment hoping it would not rain. When he arrived he looked at the windows and we picked the 20 we wanted him to clean. He told us what he would do and proceeded to clean. He was finished in about two hours. He went around with us to look at all the windows. He did a very good job. The windows were very shiny. He was very polite and worked very hard. We were very pleased with his work and would recommend his company to anyone who needed to have their windows cleaned. A few days later we received a very nice thank you note from Chad. We kept several of his business cards to give to friends who might like to use his services.

Description of Work: First Class Glass did promptly return my call to schedule and appointment and was very professional and respectful during our conversation. While I was okay with the additional $2/screen cleaning beyond the cost of the voucher, I did not understand that my traditional double hung windows would require an extra cost because they are made up of individual panes of glass and not simply mullions. Even with the coupon discount, the cost of this job exceeds the price I normally pay to have my windows cleaned. As a consequence I would prefer to go with my usual window cleaner. Description of Work: We couldn't have asked for better service - Jason and Chad were very personable and friendly and their work is beyond words - our windows are streak free and exceptionally clean inside and out including the screens - we thought the price was too good to be true - 20 windows for $79 - we paid a little extra for a couple more windows - can't believe everyone didn't jump at this service - we will definitely use them again, maybe in the fall, and highly recommend them

Description of Work: Yard clean-up performed under our direction. Had used them in December for window cleaning. Jason and Chad came when promised, did their work to perfection and were great to work with. They are very professional, seem to take great pride in their work and are committed to having completely satisfied customers. We will definitely use them again!
