Fantastic - I wouldn't change a thing. Timing, quality, response, follow-up - all exceeded my expectations. They were excellent!

They always arrive on time to pick up the item and discuss what will be done. Very knowledgeable about antiques! Chair was returned looking great in the timeframe proposed initially.

They told me one month. After six weeks and not hearing from them, I called and was told it would be two more weeks. The finished product was delivered the middle of April and it is absolutely beautiful.

The estimate date was 1/25/13 and the completion estimate was 3-4 weeks, however, the completed item was delivered within 2.5 weeks. The quality of the service was outstanding and the professionalism with which FinishPros handled my order was impressive. I would strongly recommend this company. In fact, I plan on using them again to reupholster a sofa.

We found Finish Pros on Angie's and scheduled them for an estimate along with another company. As soon as a rep walked in the door we had an immediate connection and it was not long before we knew this was the company we would use. We originally planned for just one wing back chair and love seat but then added a second chair. The rep had room in his van so left with all 3 pieces. I also used Finish Pro for the fabric selection in that I could not find what I wanted until I visited their show room. The "office manager/all around point of contact for scheduling " was so helpful in the fabric selection. She was also the one who called to schedule pick up and delivery. She was always friendly and while i know her phone rings constantly, she devotes her time to the customer of the moment. We were given a date of 2 -3 weeks and our first two pieces were done in less than two. We then decided to let them refinish a very special Mission rocker that was a wedding gift to my grandparents so is over 75 years old. They did an amazing job on the rocker. They delivered everything on time and we just could not be happier. I will use this group again to do a few more pieces. They are professional, timely, honest and fantastic at upholstering. They deserve the A's that I have provided but so have a lot of other Angie members.

This was a painful experience for me as the pieces were only of sentimental value. They were so poorly done that I did not even recognize one chair when they were returned. The work was so shoddy that I insisted that they take the other one back and make it more substantial. I had to tell the owner how to accomplish that. He seemed mystified as to why I was concerned that the work was so shabby. They underestimated the amount of material so I had to spend an extra $22 to get a yard of $7 fabric. When I expressed my displeasure one of the owners informed me that they had done to the work to the "level of their expertise." I suggested that he should have warned me of the level of their expertise before he took my little chairs. He expressed little concern that I was unhappy and really just seemed to want to get out of the door. Ironic that the very reason that I joined Angie's List is so that I would not have such an experience again and low and behold I see they have high ratings. If mine was an aberrant experience, FinishPros didn't worry about it. I should have taken the Angie's List 30 day free trial as apparently I cannot trust these reviews. Sad, another lesson learned.

A Representative came to my house on 12/20/2012 to provide an estimate to refinish my scratched coffee table. The sales person was courteous and friendly. It was decided that only the top of my coffee table would be refinished- the base would just be touched up where needed. The top was to match the base in color and sheen. The coffee table is part of a set, so it was important the finish was the same as the original. I thought the quote was high, but had already purchased the Big Deal from Angie's List- so I decided to proceed. I was given an estimate completion date of 4 weeks. They could not take my coffee table with them the day of the quote. I was contacted by the office to arrange a time for pickup. Due to the holidays, limited pick up times, and my limited availability- the table was not picked up until 1/10/2013. 5 1/2 weeks later (2/19/2013) the table was delivered to my house. I was disappointed. The sheen on the top of the coffee table was all wrong (very dull- did not match the base)- and the base had not been touched up. I am still puzzled how nobody at Finish pro noticed this prior to delivery. The description of work was clearly stated on the estimate and the invoice. The Finish Pro rep apologized and agreed the table needed to be redone. They loaded the coffee table back in their truck and delivered it again a few days later. This time the sheen was much better. I was not totally happy with the "touch up" work on the base of the table, but was told it was the best that could be accomplished for the type of finish that was on the table. I think Finish Pros could be better with communication (if they take longer than expected, they should call). I think they should be more flexible on the pick up/delivery schedules, and I think they need to investigate how my table was delivered to me when it clearly was not refinished as quoted. I will acknowledge I felt the price was high- so my expectations were high. All said and done, my table looks much better than it did and I'm glad I had it refinished. I also think Finish pro is a professional company that could make a few process improvements.

One piece was a rocker with an upholstered cushion and head rest. They rebuilt the caved-in seat cushion and restored the 1902 rocker to what I imagine is it's original look and glory. They were particularly interested in a chair which I produced from from the barn. I had purchased it for $3 in a junk store. It was an American Modern 1940's to 1950's chair. The refinisher/upholsterer was excited by the piece as he could not remember seeing one similar. The chair was manufactured by Wythecraft. The result was fantastic. They did not refinish it, but rather polished the wood and then upholstered the chair using the original cushions as guides. The before and after were astounding. I have other pieces for them to work on in time.

I had bought the coupon for $200.00 worth of refinishing for $100.00. So they came out the following week to give me a quote. I was surprised by the amount which was $650.00 minus the $100.00 of work coupon would be $550.00, however, in talking to other people that seemed to be a pretty competive price. They took the table with them during the inital quote and said because it being around the Holidays that it might take an extra week. Which it did, it actually took about an extra week and half....but again with the Holidays I could understand why they had a delay. They definitely didn't want to deliver it until it was cured and it could be moved, which I definitely preferred. They had it all wrapped up in moving blankets to make sure it didn't get scratched when bringing it into the house. when they revealed it I was very satisfied.

They came to see the table and discussed in detail how it would be restored, how much it would cost, when I could expect to have the table back and what kind of finish they would put on it. They picked the table up on the appointed date and returned the finished table within the timeline I had been given. Unfortunately, after the table was in the house we noticed a drip spot on the top. They took the table back to the shop and had to strip and refinish it again. After a bit of miscommunication, the good-as-new table was returned to me within a week.

Company delivered what they promised and did it in a timely fashion. They picked up and delivered, and when you call their number someone actually answers the phone.

Came by to look at what we wanted done. told me he would send quote. never did. send several emails heard nothing back. Too late now.

Went very well, items look just as if they had never needed repair, new pieces were aged to match. Great care was taken with the pieces and the person spent a great deal of time going through with me, and looking at future projects.

Came out and inspected my dresser. Gave recommendations and estimate. Scheduled an appointment to come and pick up the dresser. Did the repair work and scheduled an appointment to return the dresser. Everyone was professional, courteous and on-time. They did a great job and my dresser is like new!

They quoted $450, which I thought was a bit pricy but I went along with it. It took three weeks to get the table back, but it came back looking better than new.

II contacted Dan that early in the morning and he arranged to meet with me in the same day for an estimate. I had already spoken with him sometime in the past about another project so I knew that I was going to use him to refinish an antique dresser, bed and table for me. He always patiently explains a little history about the piece and his guestimate as to age. He scheduled pickup that same afternoon and promised delivery in 4-5 weeks. But the furniture was delivered in 3 weeks, just in time before Christmas for our out of town guest. The furniture was delivered with white glove delivery and these guys handled it with experience. The furniture was refinished beyond my expectations. They are beautiful and look perfect in my guest bedroom.

I took the radio chassis and speaker out of the cabinet. Finish Pros picked up the cabinet and refinished it. I gave them a new Philco decal. The cabinet is 40 inches high, 12 inches deep and 23 inches wide. They did a great job fixing the loose veneer and putting on a new lacquer finish. They put a light layer of lacquer over the new decal. The backing of the Philco decal blends in and now only the lettering shows up. It is a very professional job. I fixed the electronics of the radio and put it back together. So far have not been able to find reproduction grill cloth that matches the original. I probably will have to use some that looks okay with the radio. The picture shows a piece of cardboard in front of the speaker. We used an Angie's list special deal so the cost was $99 less then it would have been.

Came at time expected and gave me a quote which was very reasonable. He took the items after we discussed what I need done. He advised me on finish for small table. I got the 2 items back very quickly and was so pleased that I sent them back with another piece to refinish for me. I have other pieces that need help so will use them again and again. Wish I had used them for the other items that another company is still doing for me.

Both pieces came out great. The color matched the original and the finish looked great. They were prompt, professional and the quality of the work was very good.

They did a fantastic job - from coming to my home with sample fabrics and helping me pick out the right fabric for our room and usage level. They were on time and completed and delivered the finished piece several weeks before they said it would be done. I would definitely use them again.

I bought the big deal. The company was responsive and prompt giving me an excellent estimate. They came and picked up the chest and did the work and returned it very quickly. Chest looks great. Cost was reasonable. I will most likely reuse them to have the remaining pieces of the set refinished at a later date.

Excellent work. Quoted two prices, one was a minimal refinishing and if that didn't work it could require complete stripping and refinishing. They ended up doing the lesser expensive and it looks great.

I have not yet had the work performed, but Finish Pros came to my house promptly after I purchased the deal to show me samples and give me an estimate.I was impressed with the quality of the samples, but I opted to wait to have the work performed. When I was ready to proceed, they scheduled my work promptly. I am really looking forward to seeing the finished product.
