They came out right away for estimate and then had the actual project manager come out the next day to show me the design they had in mind would work for us. The project manager was able to get a crew out there the day after his visit and they finished the project that same day - just in time for a weekend party we were hosting. The work was beautifully done and the crew was professional. They left no trash behind. I really appreciate the timeliness and professionalism of their work Regarding the price; the gave us a good price compare to another company we had hired to do the work. I had gotten an estimate for a 6 foot radius @ $2100. With Fine Lines we decided to go bigger to accommodate some changes, so the project ended up being about 12 ft x 12 ft for $2600.00. The prior company just went off the radar just before they were set to start the project. Left us scrambling to find another co. So glad Angie's List was here to help us find Fine Lines Landscaping.

She was great. She came out and gave me more time than the ad had said. She was very generous with her knowledge and her time. She was a pleasure to talk to. Her follow up is top notch. She said she’d send me price lists over the weekend, and followed through – she even sent me the name of a garden designer too. She was very prompt and professional.

Execution of this project was absolutely painless for us. Wendy listened to all our concerns, answered all our questions and caused us to trust her by keeping her word at every juncture. For example, I wanted to make sure we had unbroken termite protection as our home owners assoc. had recently taken aggressive action by hiring a pest company to protect every home in our townhouse neighborhood. Our plan called for the soil to be disturbed because we were going to put in a new walkway as well as foundation plantings. At first I called the pest control co. and explained the situation. They told me they might not be able to get to our job in a timely manner so that Wendy's co. might be held up. When I told Wendy about it she suggested that she speak with the pest control people directly and asked if that would be OK with me. Actually, I was relieved. So on the day this was to happen, Wendy's workers were finished with the preparation for the new walkway around 11:00AM. By 12:20PM I noticed the man from the pest control company working around the foundation. When he was finished he knocked on my door and said we were good to go. By 1:00PM Wendy's crew returned and started installing the new walkway. It was like a ballet coreographed perfectly. We were most impressed. And actually, the whole job went just as smoothly and efficiently. A wonderful experience! Plus now we have a fantastic yard.

Wendy is very experienced and she is a great communicator, she easily explains all the complicated concepts of gardening, soil erosion and hardscaping to someone as clueless such as myself. She offered a number of of very specific ideas for improvements in our yard that we can implement on our own right now. We will have to think trough what's broken in our yard, prioritize projects along with the price tag and plan for the future.

Wendy was professional and knowledgeable. I was not able to use them because I was delayed in responding in time and her calendar filled up.

The vendor emailed the day after I bought the coupon and offered me several dates. I chose a date and responded. Within 10 days, they hadn't responded, and I emailed them for a refund. They had no explanation for the unresponsiveness and didn't ask why I wanted a refund.

Wendy listened to my needs and was a prompt communicator. I had an issue with one of the stones on the wall that was built and she came the next day to address it. The only problem I encountered was a mis-communication regarding the size of stones ordered for me to complete the project. They were smaller than I had thought they were going to be/ we had discussed. In the future would clarify stone sizes and see the stones in person before delivery.

Wendy is a first class business woman who has an excellent team of professionals working for her. The work we had done was great in every way, on time, on budget and really exceeded our expectations. The stone work was a pain, I am sure as old stone had to be removed, cleaned and replaced and refilled with (gator dust - I think) It looks great and we are enjoying our new and improved garden.

Wendy and her team went above and beyond. The work was done on time and excellent in every way. Wendy is just awesome to work with...organized and knowledgeable.

The experience was superb. Wendy and her team were communicative, punctual, friendly, and did a fantastic job. My front yard looks incredible and the irrigation system works great. Neighbors commented on the beauty of the stone wall and the speed at which it was installed. It's been a month since the installation and other than the plants having grown tremendously, it looks as perfect as it did the day it was finished. Very happy.

The service was great. They were punctual. They worked around people at my home.

Wendy and team were great and easy to work with. They came when they said they would and were done with almost lightning speed. The front area is not that large, but they had the entire yard tilled and raked in one day, and the sod laid the second day. Wendy was helpful in planning out some new plants to put in the new front beds. I can't wait til it starts to warm up a bit and the grass "wakes up" for the season. It already looks 10x better than the yard did previously - nobody wants to look at yucky weeds every day.

Overall, great. We'd definitely recommend Fine Lines Landscaping and will consider them for future projects. Wendy was very professional and really cares about her work! The project was done quickly and at a fair price.

Identified several companies and Wendy was one of the first to respond. She came out to assess the areas we wanted work on and made constructive suggestions. We were so comfortable with her demonstrated knowledge and expertise that once we received her price we didn't look any further. She was attentive to our needs and listened to what we wanted. No over selling and I was extremely impressed with her knowledge about the plants and what would work best. I would recommend her to anyone regardless of if you want moderate clean-up and enhancements or more extensive work done. We will definitely be back should the need arise!

The project was a great success. This afternoon we were able to test the drains when there was a sudden rainstorm. Everything worked perfectly. There was no huge mud-lake in our backyard! In addition, the whole process was very pleasant. The team works well together. And they overcome obstacles calmly and professionally. For example, they encountered a huge nest of angry yellowjackets hidden in a plant that was being removed. Yikes! Sadly a few team members were stung, but I only knew about it after everyone had been calmly tended to and treated. Wendy and her team are very knowledgable, hardworking and dedicated to doing an excellent job. I can highly recommend Fine Lines Landscaping, and I look forward to continuing to phase in more landscaping projects with their assistance.
