Fence Workshop Raleigh

I called and set up an appointment for an estimate for 10am Oct. 8th. I spoke to Julia, who was very friendly and made the appointment. I took off from work that morning to meet them at the house for the estimate, but no one ever showed up. I called at 10:30 on the 8th (30 minutes after they were supposed to be there) and Julia answered the phone. She said she would check to see where the estimator was and call me "right back." I never heard back from her. I tried to call her back, but no one ever picked up and it just went to voice mail. I suspect they were screening my calls. It's been three days now, and I've gotten no return call or attempt to reschedule. So basically, I took two hours off work for nothing. I understand that things happen and people are running late or appointments get mixed up sometimes, but to not call back at all or answer my calls or even attempt to reschedule is just unprofessional and rude, not to mention very disrespectful of my time. I guess I'm glad they did this before I hired them, not after. I can only image having hired them to install a fence then them never showing up of returning my calls.
