Description of Work: They came to my house to service my computer. They were supposed to install windows 7 on my computer but the tec (Bill Ruggierllo) was not able to perform the task. So he reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled windows vista instead. He said I had some undefined hardware issues that was keeping me from installing windows 7. He charged me $187.00 for this b******* diagnoses and fix. I later called Microsoft and they were able to install windows 7 and apparently I did not have any hardware issues with my computer. Fastteks computer service is a rip off and should not be trusted because trier tecs are not properly trained and do not know what they are doing.

Fast-teks does not perform extensive hardware repairs on-site. It's simply not very cost effective. However, we will be more than happy to remove the hardware and perform the repair off-site.
