Description of Work: I chose Exterior Services because of the reviews I saw on this company on Angie's List. The service performed was the pressure washing of my entire house. Reuben did an outstanding job. He explained every thing he was going to do and even washed the inside of my screen porch, outside generator and our mailbox. He was very thorough, professional and courteous. I will use him again. His level of customer service is outstanding. Let me also say that dealing with Stephanie in arranging the service and appointment was an easy and enjoyable experience. Reuben and Stephanie are both examples of what customer service should be.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate for house power washing. Stephanie was very professional and was able to let me know the price and services over the phone. After other estimates, I chose another service. Would certainly contact them again in the future.

Description of Work: I was a little hesitant to hire this company because I am in Wilmington and they have a Raleigh address, but they work in both cities part of each week. I have a relatively long driveway because we have a rear-entry garage, so it is a lot to pressure-wash. They priced $175 to do the driveway and walks and another $175 to wash the house (2-story) and screened back porch. The porch was cleaned inside and out. We had a good bit of mildew everywhere and Reuben did an excellent job cleaning everything. He was on time as well. We were very pleased and will use them again.

Description of Work: Ruben arrived on time. His truck is set up for pressure washing which is great. His setup can spray water over 120ft. He had my 2000 sq house cleaned in under 3 hrs. Washed my deck off. Pressure washed by shed and then cleaned my drive and sidewalk. They are sparkling white. All the neighbors committed on how good it looked. Ruben even went the extra mile and cleaned by mail box. The other guys I used charged $10 for that. Plus Ruben even used an organic cleanizer for me. Thanks Ruben! I will see you next year.
