Express Yourself Paint

Description of Work: Express Yourself painters painted most of the interior of my home. They were punctual and respectful and did not intrude on me as I worked from home much of the time they they completing my project. The painters did a great job in a brief amount of time. There were some parts of the job that they did extremely well such as an accent wall and a ceiling tape separation in the ceiling of my bonus room.

Description of Work: I was in the middle of trying to sell a house. I had hired them to remove wall paper and paint the kitchen. Before the work could be started, I sold the house. They were wonderful and promptly refunded my deposit.

Description of Work: I'm on the fence if I were to use them again. The end product was just fine and that's all that truly matters. Issues for us were: |- told they would arrive at 8:30 am. it was more like 9:15 - 9:30. During the week, that can be a big deal for getting to work etc. |- told that 1 coat would be fine, but it clearly needed 2 and the painters knew it. Felt like I had an estimate for much lower to win the business and then would be talked into paying for more while they were working. |- they put down drop cloths to prevent paint from getting on floor which was good, but the bad part was that the drop cloths were so dirty that the floor was saturated with dirt. | |In the end, they were able to complete the job and it looks fine. it was just a pain to get to that point.

Description of Work: They did awesome! They accommodated my busy schedule and came out quickly. They finished very quickly and just about zero paint splatter. The job was to paint my ceilings, so some was expected. | |There was some spots that I was 100% about, but they said let it dry and call us tomorrow. The next day, they followed up with me, which was great. One of the spots was fine, but the other was questionable. They came out asap and fixed it, | |Great service,

Description of Work: They did a very good job and were flexible when we had to alter the color of the cabinets.

Description of Work: repaint bathroom and bed room. In the bathroom they miss several areas adjacent to where they painted when questioned representative said they paint in straight lines and do very limited prep work. | |This is my second evaluation the first one was closer to the event

Description of Work: They painted 7 rooms of our new home. They arrived on time & were very courteous, efficient, & professional. The job took less time than projected & the results were better than expected. Good work at a fair price. They also epoxy painted our garage floor. We will have to wait for hot weather too fully evaluate but it looks great so far.

Description of Work: They were very professional. They worked diligently and got the room and hallway completed within the day which is what we agree upon. They were very attentive to details and even pointed out that I had been given the wrong finish for the paint I had purchased, even though the label on top of the can was correct from Lowes(fortunately I had enough from a previous job to complete the ceiling, Lowes did refund me for the paint). They cleaned everything up after the job. I would definitely recommend them for any of your painting needs.

Description of Work: The owner came to do the estimate and was very friendly and informative. He was personable, a few minutes late (but he called in advance to let me know he would be), and very thorough. He showed me a powerpoint about the company, benefits to employees, insurance, etc and talked to me about many paint options. However he "witnessed" to me at the end of our meeting and shared with me a pamphlet about the gospel of Jesus Christ which was a bit off putting and unprofessional given the setting. We liked the company in general but their quote was about $200 more than other estimates we received

Description of Work: Two painters for the day (up to 8 hours). | |Two painters arrived on time prepared to paint the rooms. I originally asked them to paint two rooms (the living room and a small bedroom), but they let me know that the project would not take more than 4 hours. Since I paid for the day, I asked them to paint the bathroom as well if I got the paint, and they obliged but were still done by 1 p.m. It would have been nice to know what would have been possible before their arrival because I would have arranged (and bought paint) for them to paint a larger bedroom.

Description of Work: This was the Deal for $99 for up to 3 Hours of Drywall/Plaster Repair.

Description of Work: Two painters for a day. They painted a bedroom ceiling and walls, bathroom walls, and dining room walls. Also, fixed were there were holes in walls from where things had hung. We had moved the furniture so they could get more painting done. Brandon and Chris were professional, diligent, polite. A joy to have in our home. cleaned up well. I would highly recommend them. David was very helpful when he came to our house to assess the job. I would suggest that they carry good lighting, as we had to disconnect some lights so the painting could be done,& some repairs in the darker areas were not as nice as they were where there was more light.
