One of their guys showed up to look at everything and take measurements for providing an estimate. Unfortunately to this day, I have yet to hear back from anyone!

I was incredibly impressed with Evergreen Foam and Insulations job at my house recently. Everyone involved on the project was amazingly professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! Our house is already increasingly cooler to the spray foam insulation that was installed in our VERY hot attic! Thanks again for everything!

My job was small so I was fit in when they had cancellations. It would have been nice if they had told me that in advance. I was looking for another company when I got a surprise call and was available. It was the afternoon on a hot day that a broken down looking truck showed up with three Mexican workers and not one spoke basic English. They did not understand the set up that I had discussed with the estimator, and my Spanish is not that advanced to discuss insulation removal procedures. The fiberglass is supposed to be removed through a hose to the truck, but they were leaving the attic door open so that the fiberglass particles would enter the airspace of the home. There was no one supervising. I called in, and after a while the estimator showed up. He sealed one of the workers in the attic with garbage bags. The worker was not provided with a portable air conditioner or fans I thought they were supposed to have. He was wearing protective gear which is good but hot. The estimator made small talk with me in the cool about his career aspirations and how he hated that he had to go into an attic at 7:30 that morning. He did not stick around for the job completion since he was overbooked (they said I was given an opening that day for a cancellation but apparently they were too busy to tend to my job in spite of the cancellation) however he asked me to call him when the men were finished so that they wouldn't claim excess time. He said they were always trying to get paid more money. I did not call. Unfortunately I did not see the condition of the worker who came out of the attic because he left hurriedly while I was out back. But after this I bought a powerful portable A/C in case there is other attic work, as I do not believe anyone should subject their workers to these conditions. Why don't they provide the A/C? I did not sign up for this and was taken by surprise. I should have asked them to leave on account of the heat and lack of supervision. The worker did get most of the fiberglass out of the attic but there was still some left behind. I am not faulting the workers. I have contacted the company twice and asked them to send someone with a shop vac to get the remaining fiberglass out of the attic, and to please at least respond with their intent. I have heard nothing and think I am possibly being fit in again for a "cancellation." The worst thing about this company from my perspective was that they do not regard their workers as human beings.
