The crew was great and all of the work went well. They were not the cheapest quote but they did a great job. Would hire again.

It went fantastically. I interviewed 3 different companies for the job. One could not come out for 2 weeks to give a quote, this and another came the same day. The person was knowledgeable and consultative from Everett. The quote from the other company did not include details on the prune, so they were slightly lower. The crew that removed the tree was professional and the job went off quickly and without incident. They reviewed the job with me before leaving. This was a great experience.

Would definitely use again. Arrived when promised, cleaned up all debris, and work took the time the crew leader stated it would take to complete the work.

I like working with both the person who did the estimate and the leader of and crew who did the work. It was done very professionally and quickly. All crew members were working hard. However, I had major problems getting an estimate of when during the agreed-to day the crew would be arriving. I couldn't find a phone or email that was answered by a person or which led to a conversation with the scheduler or someone who could say where the crew was. I understand unexpected delays, but it would be very helpful if Everett could at least provide a best estimate for either a 4-hour time block or of at least morning vs. afternoon. I would understand that this is a "best guess." Otherwise, the joy was done very professionally.

Work was originally scheduled for a Friday, but they called the afternoon of the Monday prior and said they had a cancellation and asked if they could complete my job that afternoon. Monday afternoon worked for us, Everett showed up 15 minutes later and completed the job in just over 2 hours, which was under the estimated 3 hours. Everett's operation was impressive and efficient. The cleanup was excellent, would highly recommend their services. Their quote was extremely thorough and Pete took the time to answer all of questions.

Everett provided a very timely and reasonable quote for the work we needed done. We were kept up to date on scheduling and they were able to accommodate our timeline. The workers were very efficient and professional, and they were very careful not to damage anything. Clean-up was excellent. Even our neighbors commented on what a good job they did.

I called and a guy came out very soon to provide a free estimate. (Many tree services charge for estimates these days.) The price was a little high, but we had used them before and they did a great job. They sent a contract via email. I accepted it and we arranged a day for the work. They came out with serious equipment - a bucket truck to reach 40 or 50 feet high, a chipper, chainsaws, and 4 guys - and within about 2 hours had all trees down and cleaned up. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend them.

This was my second experience hiring a crew from Everett for tree removal work, and the job was excellent. The entire job was performed in half a day, and the experienced crew worked together very efficiently. They even made time to take down some trees for my next door neighbor before leaving. I will definitely call Everett again when I need tree removal help.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with Everett. Their estimate was the lowest, and they went out of their way to fit me into their schedule quickly. Workers showed up on schedule and were extremely careful and efficient in their work.

Jimmy and his crew did an excellent job: first while removing a fallen tree from the roof, and then while removing additional trees that I felt posed a risk to the house. Jimmy is extremely organized, very prompt at returning calls and texts, and a great communicator. He explained exactly what he and his crew were going to do; then everything went as planned. I could not have imagined a better tree service company than his in an emergency situation. When we then discussed the additional trees that I wanted removed, he dissuaded me from removing several--and explained why--so that I had a much better idea of which trees might pose a risk to the house. In addition, the software that he uses for estimates and billing is the best I've seen. I hope I won't need any more tree work done for a while, but I will definitely use Everett Tree Service if I do.

Great from start to finish. The estimate was provided quickly and professionally, and they offered to throw in shrub trimming as well. They further offered a discount as they had already scheduled my neighbor, so could tag onto that job. Nick came out to supervise the job a week later and they were in and out in an hour. I've been pleased with every interaction, and Nick was especially considerate of my property with moving our trampoline back into place after the tree was removed.

They ended up breaking a step and I asked if they could "knock something off for that" and they were gracious enough to knock off $150 off the bill. They came on the day they said they would come.

Called them concerned that a large tree needed to be removed completely, but they saved me worry and money by insuring me that pruning a couple of large branches was all that I needed. They did see a smaller tree that they felt did need removal, but tagged it on at a small additional cost. I felt that they were honest and treated me fairly, and most important, they were timely, quick, and professional.

Everett's team skillfully and with precision removed the trees without damage to surrounding trees. Crane, Bobcat, tree climber/magician, dropped the trees. Another part of the team "sliced" the trunk, fed the chipper, and cleaned up (very well). Main tree trunk was cut into sections and hauled away. It was a pleasure watching the whole operation. (i kept the wood chips for mulch--huge pile) BTW, Everett tree service was also the low estimate for the job.

Excellent. Came out same day I called and gave me a detailed electronic quote that spelled out everything they would do - so no surprises. Very easy to work with on scheduling. I got another quote, and Everett was about $50 higher, but I felt very confident with them and their professionalism, and felt it was worth it. I have a small backyard with a gate and a tight alley, and I have a lot of decorative pots, statuary and expensive Japanese maples and other plants, not to mention that this birch was about 20 feet from my back triple picture window. A guy climbed the tree and cut it down limb by limb with surgical precision and had 3 helpers directing the limbs and hauling them off. Then another guy came in with a stump grinder and did a beautiful and neat job and left me wonderful mulch to use around my other trees. Except for the missing tree and the mulch, you wouldn't have known they were here. I was charged exactly what I was quoted, and liked the option to pay online.

I was impressed all around, especially with the price. They left the place looking as good as anyone could expect.

Excellent! They were scheduled about 2 weeks out and we got a call the day after we contracted to say they could come THAT day! They were very prompt, walked the property to ensure that the assignment was correct. They placed these big black mats on my new driveway to protect the pavers/concrete and they were very careful going in/out of my iron gate. They were so professional in handling the trees/limbs - they were amazing. Certainly will hire them again when we need more done in the future. Top Job!

We'd just had another quote close to the $3500 mark. There were many trees we were told needed to come down for various reasons. Everett's sales person - whom I knew as my prior arborist in a different company, came out promptly, looked around, explained his thinking, and flagged the same trees for us (originally not flagged by the other company), and gave us a quote about half the price as the other company. We hired them for the job. On the date we planned, they arrived with a team, took all the trees down and some extra small stuff, removed the residue/cleaned up, and hauled it all away the same day. Very efficient, very professional, very detailed.

I was a bit put off originally by the speed a which everything occurred as it seemed very pushy, but I eventually realized this is an extremely well-run business using the latest in technology both in the services rendered and the contracting process, which also allowed them to offer the services at a lower price than others. It took just under two hours for them to set up, take down the tree, clean everything up and be gone. They bring an entire crew, which are all employees (no day labor), and each knows exactly what he is to do and does it efficiently. The very large crane used is owned by the company so there is no need to worry about insurance from a second business or who is operating the crane. I have had several comments from neighbors who watched and were very impressed by the entire operation.

Pete Jordan, the gentleman who provided the estimate, was affable, responsive, knowledgeable ans punctual. The team was made up of individuals who were punctual, highly skilled, efficient and careful not to damage the surroundings. The job was completed as required and within the estimated time. I recommend Everett Tree Service highly.

Excellent! Price was reasonable. It was excellent! Everything was done as predicted, they let me know when they were coming, they were here on time. They did everything they said, they cleaned up and were very pleasant to work with.

Japanese maples are very tricky to prune properly without destroying the shape and the ability of the tree to regrow into a desirable shape. Andrew did an excellent job of opening up the canopy of the tree while maintaining a beautiful shape. We know it will regrow into a beautiful weeping shape and stay healthy. I highly recommend his expertise with tree pruning and maintenance.

Everett Tree Service came to my 11-acre property for one day and did an outstanding job. We had not yet landscaped anything so Jimmy Everett's 10-man crew could really work without any obstacles. They brought a big, modern crane, large wood chipper, 2 dump trucks, and Bobcat. While the property is not yet landscaped, they did have to work around our new house, septic field and guest house. They could not just fell the trees. They had to use the crane to cut the trees into pieces while they were standing, to ensure they did not hit the house, well, or crush the septic field. Jimmy Everett's industrial engineering background was evident when watching his crew work. Talk about efficient!. The trees were cut; the crane moved them to a location on the gravel driveway to be cut into pieces; the Bobcat stacked the logs and moved the limbs to the chipper where the Bobcat operator fed the branches into the chipper with his machine, without men needing to touch them. Then the stump grinder followed behind and ground the stumps one after another. The Bobcat loaded the logs into the dump trucks. All this was done carefully, safely, and with complete clean up after they were done. Just a totally professional operation. In one day, they cut down 35-40 trees, most of which were 12" in diameter or larger in, and a handful that were 24" in diameter, and they ground down all the stumps. I could not be more pleased and I feel I got more than my money's worth. I absolutely will use Everett in the future.
