+ -1 moreBe wary of hiring Joe Helm of Elegant Kitchens and Baths! After completing two tile/renovation jobs for us successfully, Joe approached us to ask if he could redo our master bathroom and said it was a week-and-a-half job. After close to four months, we were forced to hire another contractor to finish the work—which Joe had only partially completed. Joe requests money up-front and says that he will show up the next day but doesn’t. He will often not respond to calls, texts, and emails. We never received delivery of the sink cabinet, accent tile, fixtures, or other items we had paid him in advance to purchase. Do not hire Elegant Kitchens and Baths unless you are prepared to take the risk that Joe will take your money and run.

+ -1 moreIt didn't. He never showed up to do the work I paid him to do. Absolutely unprofessional and should at least pay us back for the work he didn't do.
Description of Work: I had a shower remodel that was done incorrectly so I contacted Joe at Elegant Kitchen and Bath. He came out to assess the situation and told me I would need to redo the entire project. I was impatient and offered to pay him up front for his services in hopes he would do it quickly. After paying him the entire amount for the project he proceeded to show up twice in the next month and only did about 4 hours of work. We eventually had to fire him and hire another person to do the job. I have not seen a cent of my money back and he knows how to reimburse me. I would never consider hiring or contacting them again to do any sort of work for me.

+ -1 moreWe never knew when they were coming for sure. Started late and finished early every day. Work was fair to good when they worked but they never finished the job . I had to hire another tiler to finish . This outfit is very unprofessional.

+ -1 moreI provided the materials and he did the work. I think he did an excellent job. He was very professional and cleaned up well after the work was completed. He worked with another man and they were accurate and quick. I took his advice on changing one of the walls around and am so glad I did.
Description of Work: He installed the backsplash in my kitchen. He came to my house and provided an estimate, but also gave information on references and past work by email.
