+ 0 moreBoth renovations went very smoothly. Ed is extremely reliable, efficient and skillful. He has done other work on our home and we've always been very pleased.
Description of Work: Ed renovated two of our bathrooms - the upstairs hall bath and master bath. 1. Hall bath a. removed all tile, couuntertop, tub, toilet, popcorn ceilings, exhaust fan. b. Installed new tile in tub and on floor, new tub with fixtures, refinished ceiling, refinished existing vanity, painted walls, installed new toilet, installed new sinks, new exhaust fan, contracted delivery and installation of granite countertop. 2. Mater bath a. removed all tile from shower and floor, removed half a wall to open shower, removed toilet, popcorn ceilings, exhaust fans, countertops and fixtures b. contracted new tiles being laid in shower and delivery and installation of granite countertop, installed new floor, painted walls and ceiling, installed shower and sink fixtures, toilet, glass door and window in shower

+ -1 moreEd did a fabulous job! Aside from the electrical work and having help lifting and placing a beam, Ed completed all of the work himself. We've never had any issues with leaks, screens or woodwork. Everyone agrees that the screend porched adds great value to our home. We would highly recommend Ed to build screen porches.
Description of Work: Ed demolished the existing deck and built a large screen porch and deck off the back of our house. Four skylights and two ceiling fans were installed as well.

+ 0 moreThings were not done correctly on either door, particularly on the storage shed. The door was causing water to leak into the shed. We called him out a second time to look at it and discuss our problem with it. He looked at everything and said it was going to leak. When we first hired him, he said it wouldn't leak, so basically his work did not stay to his word.
Description of Work: Ed was working on our door to our storage shed and he was also doing some work on our porch.
