I have used them for many years. They do amazing work. They keep my yard very green. They are professional and punctual. My neighbor uses them after watching my yard turned green. They are very knowledgeable. If you want to have a well maintained green and weed free lawn, I would recommend them.

The service is always great. The staff seems very friendly. They are very prompt. What stood out the most is that they are reliable.

Eastern Turf Maintenance comes every 6 weeks for the specific function on the lawn depending on the time of the year. The grass looks good and have very little weeds if any. The invoice is left on the front door with any instructions for the homeowner. Very satisfied with their work!

They did a wonderful job. We'd tried Scotts and Trugreen, neither of whom ever did much for our weeds. But ETM has done an excellent job. In just a bout 1 year they've gotten our yard looking better than it ever has. I recommend them to everyone.

They come every 6 weeks to do fertilizing and they come in the fall for reseeding. I am happy with their services and will continue to use them.

ETM maintains my yard (fertilizer, weed control, etc). The first season was spent killing off a ton of crab grass. Now we are working to get the lawn healthy and lush. Staff is knowledgeable and extremely responsive.

Today with another terrific day of service provided by Eastern Turf. We elected to have aeration done today; it was fast, efficient, and delivered as promised. The office called to remind us (important, esp since we needed to flag some underground piping); and the gents showed up, did the work, and cleaned up behind themselves. My only regret is that I wasted a couple years with the "national brand" competitors before I discovered these fine folks!

My experience has gone well. We have used this company for about a year now. The staff was professional and knowledgeable in their field. The pricing is reasonable and they have done a great job. I would recommend this company to others.

Their service is good. I have a specific program with them. They do lawn fertilization, aeration, and seeding. They do warm seasoned grass and cool seasoned. You can choose your own plan. I have used several other companies and they are the best. They come out on time , they are professional, and they give good recommendations. The price can be expensive for the seeding, but it's the best I have ever seen. I even recommended them to my neighbors and it has made a world of a difference.

They came and talked to me about my lawn last summer. I thought we had agreed that they're gonna do my lawn but I haven't heard from them. It's not really clear on what they're doing for me. I wasn't there and they just came by and looked at the yard then we discussed it over the phone. They actually came out a day early. They're professional and knowledgeable in the conversation over the phone. It was not a problem but I never met them. They have good reviews from other people. They were recommended by the man who cuts my grass and he's dealt with them and they do all the work for all the states so they seemed like they're pretty reputable company. The only thing I didn't like about them is like they kinda have left me up in air.

Since Eastern Turf Maintenance Inc took over I've seen an improvement in the lawn from the previous service provider. Their price, punctuality, and professionalism are excellent.

We're about 2 months into our yearlong contract and are very happy. We have about 22,000 sq. ft of Bermuda lawn that they have aerated and fertilized twice and they are quick and thorough. We don't really set appointments - they let us know a few days beforehand when they are going to be coming around and leave their invoice with any follow-up care instructions, and the lawn looks great. We water and mow and they take care of the rest. They are always good about closing the gates in the backyard, which is great.

They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They are very friendly and willing to answer any questions that I have. I can call them anytime and come out to see what I'm talking about. They do the NC State athletic fields and they do an excellent job.

We did not go with them. I thought they were an okay company and they were competitive in pricing. There were just two issues I had with them. One, the guy did not show up when he was supposed to come for the quote. And two, I was looking actually at the Angie's List reviews and a couple of people had some negative experiences with them or were talking about their tardiness. So, I opted to go with a different company.

We have been getting our lawn service from Eastern Turf for about a year. Tim comes and treats our lawns with weed control and fertilizer 7 times a year. We have not had any problems with them. The don't call before they come, which usually isn't an issue, except as the days have gotten nicer again, I have managed to pick the day Tim comes to take the kids out to play! So I called and they added me to their call list. Tim is very pleasant and a pleasure to work with.

My impression: Todd has forgotten more about NC lawns than I'll ever know. No wonder this company has such a strong reputation here on Angie's! We're signed up and ready to go with our new lawn service provider . . . will update as we go!

My wife and I had been using a major name brand service, for several years. But, we just weren't happy with the look of our yard. We decided to try another service. Having heard the commercials for Eastern Turf Maintenance, we called. They came out and listened to our concerns, which were mainly about how much the weeds had taken over, that we had competing grass types, and we just hadn't seen much improvement, from year to year. Since the quote was right in line with what we had been paying, we decided to go with their service. Within the first two treatments, we saw noticeable improvement. And, just recently, my wife commented that our lawn looks better than it ever has.been. I agree. We'll continue to monitor, but Eastern Turf Maintenance has already accomplished what we had asked.

My lawn was horrible. Weeds, weeds and more weeds. The weeds were choking my grass to death. They came and my lawn is beautiful. It has taken a year but it has been worth the price. I have gotten many compliments from my neighbors. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their lawn fixed. Great company, always on time,and always contacts you to let you know when they are coming.

we just started using this company after being dissatisfied with True Green. So far they have been punctual and knowledgeable.

We are on ETM's Estate Program for our lawn. They come every 4-6 weeks throughout the year to fertilize, apply weed control, etc. We also use their aeration and overseeding service in the Fall. We've lived here for 13 years and used three other services prior to ETM but since switching to ETM our lawn has never looked so good. Also, our trees and shrubs look so much fuller and healthier since we started their care program. We have a large property with lots of ornamental trees and shrubbery and the guys that service are very thorough when they come out and don't miss anything. We're very happy with what ETM has done for us and would highly recommend them.

I'm using them for about two to three years now. They offer everything, from lawn service to trees and shrubs services and they did an outstanding job since I've been using them.

He does a great job. If I have a problem he will talk me through it. He has helped me when I have had problems with moles and dandelions. I have used him for 6-7 years.

We have been using them for 5 yrs and our yard is the best in neighborhood, hands down. They do it cheaper than I can buy the supplies. Always on time and do great job. This is all they do... and they do it right !

SERVICE: Terrible. I chose this company due to high ratings. My experience was terrible. The company forgot to perform the initial treatment. I called and the rep said he is coming out, never came out - that repeated for couple of weeks before the treatment was finally applied. Second treatment: the same thing - no show. The rep said that the second treatment should be happening around end of June. I waited but after couple of weeks, called to find out what was going on. They forgot, again. The same as the first treatment and quot;we're comingand quot; with no show. They finally remembered our house by the 3rd, 4th and 5th treatments. I'm on the last treatment as of this writing and I have canceled the service. It was too aggravating to remind a company to perform a service which they agreed to perform. In addition, the lawn does not look any better, compared to when we first started the treatments. The weeds never went away. The top portion of the weeds would shrivel but after a week, they just spring back up. MAIN OFFICE: The owner and main office staff are very professional and helpful. I had many questions regarding aeration and overseeding. The owner called and spent the time to answer all my questions and concerns.
