Description of Work: ETM did a combination of fertilizer, aerating, and seeding my yard. Dave was very responsive, patient with all my questions, and timely in calling back. They did the initial job and then two days later we had 2.5 inches of rain over the following couple of days. I called Dave and asked if they had a washout policy and he simply said "sure do". One and a half days later her personally came out and re-seeded my yard - even though another person generally did the work. Five stars so far, I am impressed.

Description of Work: Sprayed the centipede areas of lawn for fertilizer and weed control. This past winter traumatized the centipede, yet previous emergent weed control applications seemed to have added to the trauma. This portion of the lawn seems to have been "over medicated". Most of the centipede seems either dead or still dormant.Weeds are abundant. However the Fescue portion is beautiful. The company seem to be doing its best; and I'll continue to use ETM because the harsh winter contributed to most of the awful appearance.
