He explained every little detail to me regarding the assessment, the cost and what the report (and lab results if needed) would provide. ETA inspected / tested our home for mold and allergenic. Mr. Jody Monk and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional. They showed up on time, followed by a great follow-up by Jody once the job was completed. We absolutely recommend them.

ETA examined the previous test and agreed it was suspect. They redid the radon test and the results were good, radon level below EPA limit.they were prompt and courteous.

Jody was phenomenal to work with dthroughout he entire process. He was thorough in his explanation of what and how he would do the air samples, and then patiently explained the report results to me once available. Jody was also extremely prompt in responding. Great professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend!

We had a radon test done on our new home and were pleased with the scheduling, the testing, and the prompt receipt of the follow-up report. The price appears to be the standard charge for this test.
