We recently renovated the kitchen and needed new countertops. We had not very good experience with our previous house and are really glad to discover East Cost Granite & Marble. They have slabs of each of the colors that we were considering. Moreover, they were very helpful in choosing the right one. Their prices were below every other quote we’d been given! The people who are working there are extremely accommodating and friendly. Really went above and beyond. Our counters are amazing now! These people deserve the praise and the success.

We had four bathroom countertops done. They are beautiful, but when they arrived the first day, two were the correct quartz, two were wrong. I accepted one since that bathroom was basically the same color as the master, but it wasn't what I had picked out. I did not accept the fourth. A week later the fourth correct one was brought back for the downstairs bathroom. When the installer was ready to leave, I asked if I were supposed to pay him or mail the check. He replied that I was to pay him. Now, I've already had to pay the plumber twice since I had to have water in my bathrooms. Three weeks later, I received my Visa bill, and I had a charge on my Visa bill for the EXACT amount that I had paid the installer. I called two different offices and left 4 messages and finally found out that the installer still had my check. None of the people that we talked to when we received the incorrect counters, the person I talked about the missing check EVER APOLIGIZED. They didn't seem to care that a check was missing or that I had to pay a plumber TWICE. You would have thought that one of those people would have at some point said "I am so sorry for all the inconvenience." If you want their countertops, and they are pretty. The installers do a great job. 1. Go the day BEFORE installation and see if those are YOUR countertops. 2. Have a plumber on stand by, but don't hire him because they charge to drive out even if there is nothing to do. 3. Don't pay the installer!!! MAIL the check!

The job went well. I enjoyed working with the office personnel and chose a pure white top to complement our existing kitchen counters. Five days before the countertop was to be installed I was advised that the material was not available due to tariff issues. The following day I chose another material. The install date was pushed back 3 days, not a big deal to me since this was the next-to-the-last step in our remodel project. The installers cut the material outside the house as I requested to minimize dust inside. The appliances fit on the first try and the counter looks great. I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors
Description of Work: They installed a quartz countertop on a new island, including a cutout for an electric cooktop and telescoping downdraft.

East Coast Granite & Marble fabricated and installed our quartz countertops for our kitchen with island, wet bar, and bathroom. Their customer service was not good at all as follows: they promised phone calls for times of arrival and when things went wrong – we received no return phone calls, except one time. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do things correctly and respond with a phone call when they made mistakes. Extremely lackadaisical and apathetic approach to customer service. The person took accurate measurements in our home, but then East Coast Granite & Marble still fabricated and installed island countertop that was 8 inches too small! The installers drilled hole too small for faucet for wet bar, even though the faucet was right in front of them to test before leaving. Once again, Sarah promised to update me with a return call – no call as was typical for Sarah! All of these details and mistakes matter when you are scheduling and paying for a plumber to do connections and then they can’t due to countertop hole being too small. I almost never give bad reviews but this company forced me. They did fix the island countertop mistake, drill a new hole a week later, and pay for their plumber to make those new connections but timing is important for scheduling and the approach to the customer is where they failed.

Friendly, informed staff was able to provide immediate quotes at initial visit. They offer a wide choice of products. Unlike other quotes, this company does not charge for overage if they have panels in stock; (e.g. makes a substantial difference paying for 1.5 panels vs. 2 full panels with waste). Template was completed as scheduled, efficiently and correctly. Four installers arrived on schedule and efficiently went right to work. Old countertops and sinks were removed within 1 hour. Able to quickly address and resolve wall irregularities. Countertops were leveled and squared with a single seam barely detectible. Job was finished with no snags, no damages and an excellent cleanup. Highly professional installation crew; they asked questions as needed. Next day the tile man installed the back splash with exceptional artistry and precision...a true artisan. Kitchen looks great. I highly recommend this vendor.

East Coast Granite & Marble is not a customer-friendly business. They are an unsavvy contractor with a store front. Here is what you will get: Their choice of sinks installed in your granite/marble. If that affects your plumbing, which it did for me then that is your problem. Untrained staff damage your walls - also your problem. Caulking under kitchen bar top - they don't cover that either. Install team took away kitchen sink faucet deck plate from our home and left their counter removal debris littered throughout our cabinetry. Additional 'service' worth mentioning includes an exposed 110 outlet outside of the 1-gang plastic protective outlet box. When asked about the box their site supervisor said it was not needed and just use long screws to attach to the original gang and leave the outlet exposed between the granite and the former box. Nice touch, ugh. This is a choice in how Konstantin Radionov (Regional Director) chooses to run that business. Attempts to highlight his team's performance resulted in Konstantin exasperated that his team could have significantly damaged our dry wall. He required that he review the finishing pictures of the project at the end of the business day that his team takes with each install. After seeing the damage, he chose not to call me back at least indicating that he is a weak customer service representative and indicative of his company's poor performance. If you are curious, here are some photos of their handiwork - [*** Link removed ***] Just highlight and paste into your browser. A worker at their fabrication shop says they fabricate 40 kitchens a week or 2000+ counters a year and they have a very small number of people leaving reviews. Take this as a sign to take your money elsewhere. ECG&M does not deserve your business and my review represents the hundreds of people who have probably had similar experiences to mine, but did not have the desire or knowledge to educate others of how this company treats its customers.
