 + 3 moreWe hired Tony and Dynamic Home Construction to replace a deck with a combination deck and covered screen porch. We are extremely happy with the result, and were very impressed by Tony and crew. We found the team at Dynamic Home to be very professional, highly skilled and personable. Tony was easy to work with, always responsive and happy to explain any aspect of the construction as well as answering any questions. His quote was easy to understand, he explained it and options in detail, and changes were a simple discussion and agreement. He kept close watch on the project, visiting daily. His foreman on the project was also very friendly, extremely skilled and knowledgeable. They kept a clean worksite, which was important as the worksite was our backyard. In comparing our new deck to others , we have come to be impressed by and very grateful for the exceptional construction quality and attention to detail they provided in our project. We highly recommend Tony and Dynamic Home construction, and intend to hire them again for future projects.
Description of Work: Replace an old deck, with a screened porch, and extended uncovered deck. New stairs, roofing, electrical and painting were included, as well as replacing a door to the deck with a new glass french door.
