We have used Dust and Mop for quite a few years. We have always loved the work the cleaners did. Shirley is our regular cleaner now, and she is AMAZING! She is thorough, professional, and reliable. We have 2 small dogs. They love her too!!

I've been a customer of Dust & Mop for over 8 years now. I would never even consider looking anywhere else. When Dust & Mop comes and cleans you know they've been there - because the house looks spotless. No detail is too small for them to worry about, such as cleaning out the microwave. They even add small touches, such as arranging our kids' toys in a funny way that our family always appreciates. Their ease of scheduling and working around our busy schedules is also a plus. It's also nice knowing that we have the same cleaner every time -- it builds a lot of trust and we feel comfortable knowing our house is in good hands. With Dust & Mop, it feels like we're getting the best of both worlds -- our house is cleaned so thorough that it feels like it's done by a commercial crew, while at the same time, the personal care we receive from the cleaner to the office makes it feel like we're extremely valued.

We have used Dust & Mop for almost 2 years. We love our regular housekeeper, Sharmaine. She is so sweet and performs magic each visit leaving everything so nice and tidy. My kitchen counters sparkle and ahe is amazing with a vaccum even with with our German Shepherd and three cats!

My irreplaceable family heirloom diamond ring was stolen from my home on the last day Dust and Mop cleaned my home. I will never use their service again. On the last day they came, only one cleaner showed up (not 2 or 3), and that was unusual. They still charged me the same price, however. I obviously reported this theft to the police immediately. Dust and Mop acted extremely rude and uninterested in the fact that my ring had been stolen. I called their office on at least two occasions. Both times I talked with them, the conversations were brief. I was told that one of the people I had spoken to was the owner. They offered nothing and refused to talk to the employee that took the ring or even let me talk to her directly. I am completely devastated by the loss of this precious family ring. I would like to offer a $1000 reward for the return of the ring and I would not press charges. I just want my ring back.

Cleaners arrived exactly on time. They did a walk-through of the house and were set to get started when I left for work. When I got home from work, my house was sparkly clean! I am very happy with the service and I would not hesitate to hire them. (Ask for Alicia and Cali - they are great!)

I had spoken and emails with the office manager to set up the cleaning. I told her that I wanted the type of cleaning they did when I used their services in 2013. Not a move in or move out service/deep cleaning, but the standard dusting of furniture and blinds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, mop and vacuum. I live in a 3 bedroom townhouse so three hours would give a good cleaning since when they cleaned my home regularly it only took them about a hour. After all this I was surprised that when the cleaning people arrive on the scheduled date I received a call from their office asking where I had placed the list of what I wanted cleaned. I was not told I needed to leave a written itemized list of every specific thing they needed to do. I actually found that very strange. When I arrived home my house was clean - nothing extra special just a normal cleaning which after all the conversations to make this happen was a bit disappointing,

We had them come in and do a whole house cleaning for us last december. I stil had spots on my bathroom floor after they left. They moved things in the living room, but still left the leaves from the plant on the floor. Vacuuming was only partially done. The house just didn't feel all that clean to us when they were done. I was really disappointed, given the high cost of the service. I used them one other time, and they tried to suck up half of the kitty litter box into my vaccum, killing it. I guess, it was just very expensive for a half-baked job.

They have me a price that would be set at time of service depending on condition of house- that should have raised my eyebrows) I also also told them upfront I had an Angie's list coupon ( probably a mistake on my part ). Meet met the cleaners, very nice, personable, seemed to be doing a good job. Told them house was being sold, Brand new floors, all new woodwork and paint on that woodwork. Their words, " GREAT!, cleaning the baseboards etc can the hardest part when It's dirty " . Then I had to leave. Guess what? My house went from being an "easier job" to the hardest and warranted the highest cost.. Lesson learned. Don't leave, get a fixed cost up front or don't use this service.

It went awesome! The cleaners (I can't recall their names) showed up just after 8 am (arrival window was from 8-9, so the prompt arrival was great). I showed them around and they pointed out areas they would pay special attention to, including some baseboards that were particularly grimy and the light fixtures. I gave them my number and asked them to call me when they were about a 1/2 hour from being finished so I could return in time for a walk through. They called when they were about 35 minutes from finish and were very polite! I did the walk through and they had done an EXCELLENT job-the house was spotless and they were even able to get mildew off some shower tiles when I thought it was hopeless! In short, I was very pleased! Even my landlord commented on how clean the house was and how thrilled he was about it!

I hired Dust and Mop to clean our home on a biweekly basis. I was quoted $280 for 2 cleaners for 4 hours. They were finished in a little over 3 hours. They didn't vacuum any of the hardwoods, dust under the beds or clean the shower floors. They also missed 1 bathroom altogether. I was told that these items would be extra by the cleaners. They did however go back and clean under the beds and clean 1 bathroom shower floor as requested. I called the office and they offered to refund me $50.00 for the missed items.

They are here for about half a day. It is roughly 4-5 hours work. It has been a good experience. We've used them for about 1 1/2 years. We haven't priced other services in this area since we moved from another state.

They come every couple of weeks for me. The girls that they send out are just always very friendly and thorough.

They were on time, polite and did a good job.

Dust and Mop is reliable and consistent. Their manager follows up on satisfaction and quality checks. All cleaners can communicate well with home owner.
