The vacuum unit develops suction power capable of moving 6 to 8 times more air than the average system in residential homes. The air compressor, also driven by the truck's engine and safely mounted inside our truck provides the power to drive agitation devices specifically selected for the type of ductwork in your home. THE BEST PROCEDURE Duct Doctor's vacuum hose can be deployed up to 200 ft. from our truck and connects to the ductwork at your system. This allows us to extract all the contaminants and debris outside your home safely into the filter compartment of our truck. Duct Doctor cleaned our HVAC and dryer vent in May. Just a few months later (Sept) our dryer vent was plugged up and we called the Duct Doctor to see if there was any warranty for their work. The person who answered the phone put us on the phone with her supervisor. The supervisor said no. We asked how much would it cost to come back and just clean the dryer vent again and she said "We don't do that, we just do the whole thing!" Obviously we had just done that a few months ago for over a 1000 dollars and we were not going to do that again. I would not hire them again!
Description of Work: We had them clean all the ducts in our house!

The cleaning went great. The crew was fast, efficient and very professional. They allowed me to stay in my home while they cleaned so I had a first had view of everything that transpired. The owner came onsite and reviewed the work periodically as well.

Brandon and Carlos were right on time and very professional. There was a miscommunication about whether it was a one system or two system job. Brandon worked it out so that we were able to get both systems done while they were here for a very fair price for the additional work. We appreciated their courtesy and ability to work through the problem. They were here for almost 3 hours but they worked every bit of that time. Advise that you make sure that it is clearly stated how many systems that you have. It avoids confusion for all.

Great experience with them - very thorough, discussed the pricing (beforehand) very well. They were very accurate & meticulous, went over and beyond. They had a truck outside, which removed all the debris from the ducts.
