DRYmedic was fast and effective helping me when I was affected by a flooded crawl space. I went to check on my crawl space after all the rain we got from Hurricane Debby, and noticed my crawl space was flooded. I immediately called the disaster hotline and got a time frame for when they could come out to take a look. They started pumping out the water and continued to pumped for another day in case more rain fall occurred. Once the crawl space was free of standing water, they brought in dehumidifiers to reduce the moisture level to a suitable humidity for a crawl space. This whole process took about 4-5 days and Matthew with the DRYmedic team came out regularly to check on the crawl spaces condition. Matthew showed up on time and presented himself in a professional manner while being able to answer all my questions. The DRYmedic team also sent me a recommendation for a company to help repair my water barrier. Overall, I had a great experience with the company and their team during a time that can be stressful.
