Dr Video (Steve) provided an design option to replace components, update, and simplify our home AV system that is scalable and really easy to operate. They were able to offer a solution that gives more options for future expansion, uses Wi-Fi audio to access lots of music sources, and really simplified the system compared to what we had. They were able to re-use a portion of our old system which was nice, works great, and helped moderate cost. They shopped for price savings on equipment and passed those along to us. They also helped solve another problem we had with TIme Warner's Wi-Fi components. The Wi-Fi solution probably saved at least $200 compared to having an electrician re-wire. Even adding a new component that Dr Video suggested to help with the Wi-Fi was "paid" for by the cost savings on the TV they passed along alone. They were in our home for a little less than a day, took time to test the systems, and teach us how everything worked. They were great with our two dogs. They cleaned up everything and were understanding of our in-home chaos while they got everything done. I was referred to them from a friend, the old fashioned way - word of mouth. We're happy with Dr. Video's work and I plan to have them do the system upgrades as we decide to add to the new equipment in the future.

The installer was professional and completed the work within scope of the agreed upon budget and in a very short amount of time. Dr. Video provided alternative solutions for my sound system insatllation that were cost effective and made sense long term. Dr. Video was available to answer all of my questions before and after the installation and was very responsive. I highly recommend this provider.

Dr Video has helped us with all kinds of TV, play bar,SONOS and any kind of technical issues. They are very busy, but they are for a reason. They are good at what they do. Schedule as soon as you need something done.

It went perfectly. They knew exactly what they were doing and did it right the first time. Explained everything to me and showed us how to work everything.

Steve showed up on time, was thorough, stayed late and even came again the next day to finish up his work. Was willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was working properly. Troubleshoots any issues quickly and completely. Explained every step of the process to make sure I understood what was being done. Took calls on the work long after the service was completed. Pricing was extremely fair and the service experience was fantastic and of course the quality of work was phenomenal. Would recommend time after time.

Went great. Was very impressed with the neat wiring job. Made sure I knew how to operate remote, and checked everything over. Also had him install slingbox.
