The owner was extremely responsive. He visited our property within 48 hours of contacting the office to set up an appointment. He explained the product and installation thoroughly, and provided specific recommendations on how to ensure effectiveness. The installation was scheduled within days of meeting the owner for consultation and pricing. When it came to training our pets on how to use the invisible fence, the owner and trainer incorporated our current training methods into their recommendations to assist our pets with learning the fence quickly. In addition, the company refunded us for the cat collars once we determined that it was not effective for them without any hassle.

It went well. They were very detailed and explained upfront what they would offer and what they would do. They also provided recommendations. I think their price was reasonable.

I did my whole yard which is close to an acre; the back and front yard. I had a Dalmation that liked to dig his way out no matter what I tried he always got out of the yard;and this fence completely fixed the problem. Ten years ago this invisible fence works with a signal that works with a wire and in my back yard the wire runs through my chainlink fence. But 10 years after the install my box got struck by lightening and they sent me right out a new box and everything without any additional fees. The price was a bit high but it was worth every penny.

It went fine. The fence that they built was buried and it took them about two or three months to make but it is working out fine now. When I had a complaint or concern, they would usually be over here within 24 hours but I do not know how to grade their price.

We're very satisfied with them. We moved here to our home 16 years ago and we had the fence installed and they've been very good at servicing it ever since.

Great! Technician was on time, very polite & worked quickly to repair my break & actually replaced about 1/2 of my fence with new cable. Dog Guard installed my fence many years ago & we have had great service from them ever since!

Arrived promptly, but consulted my neighbor regarding where the fence should be installed instead of me. Minimal training and no follow up. No information regarding how the system works or repair process. Electrical fence not really buried, just installed slightly below the surface.

Easy to contact when need something. Mails batteries on time every 4 mo. There is a fee of about $40 for that service.

I had them come out and help me on deciding how I would want to do my electric fence and give me an estimate. They offered to do the front and back yard and I decided on doing just the back. Called them a few days later to schedule my install. Cleaned up after they were done and told me how to train the dog to get use to the flags and fence. Everyone involved was great from the begging to the end.

I initially contacted Dog Guard Out of Sight Dog Fencing in January 2011. I called them and they came out as scheduled and gave me a free estimate. Both owners have always been both professional and personable to work with. I did select them to install their fence product, and again, they came at the scheduled time to complete the install. They also provided assistance with the initial training of my dogs in person, at my property. Their price was several hundred dollars less than other estimates that I received for similar systems, and in my opinion, the product Dog Guard uses is superior to some of their competitors. I have not had any trouble with my invisible fence in the 2 1/2 years I have had it. I also take advantage of their annual battery replacement program, and the batteries arrive every 3 months exactly on time. About a year ago, I also added their indoor system to keep one of my large Labs from scratching the front door, and it too works as advertised. Neither of my 2 Labs have been across the fence, or off of my property since it was installed. If you are looking for a well designed product, that is very effective, and backed by professional and courteous owners - I highly recommend Dog Guard Out of Sight Fencing. They have always been very responsive whether it's via phone or email.
