Service was not bad....we did have some outages and other issues but they fixed them pretty quick. The problem came when we needed to cancel service due to the change in residence of the house occupant. When I went to the web site to pay our last bill there was a button for "cancel account" and since that is what I wanted to do, I did it and it asked me "are you sure" etc, but finally said our account was closed. But, I still received the next bill and by the time I got up with them two months bills (the past month and the FUTURE month) had accumulated. I called and got passed from person to person and eventually was told by a senior supervisor that I had to pay the bill and should just quit complaining, and that he was the highest supervisor in customer service and what he said was the final word. He said if I was due to refund they would send it but that I had to pay the bill and then they would see if a refund was in order. I was very upset after being a loyal customer for 12 years and then being treated like that. I don't recommend Dish to anyone if you have alternatives!

I used DISH for over 2 years and I have been very happy to have been their customer for that time. The prices are very reasonable and I love (love, love) the Hopper! Once our budget hit the point that we could not keep any pay for tv services, we called them up and they offered several options to help keep at some services at our home. Unfortunately, even the very reasonable price they offered was still not enough, so we had to discontinue. I would sign up and use them again in a heartbeat though!

It went fine and all is well.
Description of Work: I called with a problem with my TV. The DVR was recording shows I didn't want recorded. The fellow was very patient with me and was able to fix the problem in a timely manner. I am very happy with Dish and so glad I have them.
