We hired Tom to power wash our house. His communication before and during the project was great (I am a stickler for customer service and communicaton!). His work was high quality, his attitude was great and punctuality was great too. Not only did he power wash our house (and in good time too) he also cleaned out our gutters... and the house and the gutters have never looked better! If you're looking for someone wth reasonable price, good customer service, actually communicates well, and does a great job, look no further than Tom and DIRECT PRESSURE!!!

Mr. Alford promptly returned my phone call after I left him a message about his services. He gave me a couple of dates of service to choose from. He called the day of service to let me know the approximate time he would show up. Tom showed up when he said he would! He did an excellent job. He did not rush to get through. He was very polite and professional. I've referred him to family and friends as well. We will continue to call Direct Pressure Pressure Washing. I also love that Tom donates his services to those in need. He's an upstanding guy who really does a fantastic job at VERY reasonable rates!
