DESIGN LINES LTD

Designer always late to home meeting that she set the time for. Couldn't quite understand my need for mixture of high end things and moderately priced ones. She only presented high priced items. Therefore, I went out and bought some items on my own. The mirror I purchased was hung by her handyman. It fell off the wall and broke my base board and dented my drywall. Instead of trying to see how it could be fixed, right off the bat she blamed my mirror without even seeing the damage in person because I bought it from homegoods. What's wrong with homegoods? Especially since nothing was wrong with the mirror. Fortunately, the nice handyman came and repaired the problems at no cost with no thanks to the design firm. My room was never completed either after this event. No follow up call or anything. I would definitely use the handyman for independent jobs again, the design firm, not so much.
