+ -1 moreTHEY CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY WHEN WE CALLED THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM. EVERYTHING ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE WAS FINE. WHEN WE WERE PURCHASING THE COMPUTER, THE SALESPEOPLE WERE ALL VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL, AND FRIENDLY.
Description of Work: THEY CAME TO OUR PLACE TO REPLACE THE HARD DRIVE ON A COMPUTER THAT WE HAD ONLY HAD 25 DAYS.
